【摘要】：扶貧實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn)有一些貧困家庭對(duì)脫貧沒(méi)有決心,完全寄希望于政策支持和別人的幫扶,該現(xiàn)象成為扶貧攻堅(jiān)中的一個(gè)難題。使用2013年中國(guó)家庭收入調(diào)查(CHIP)數(shù)據(jù),集中分析了脫貧決心如何影響農(nóng)村貧困家庭的行為,進(jìn)而影響其收入增長(zhǎng)。研究結(jié)果表明:缺乏脫貧決心是制約農(nóng)村貧困家庭難以擺脫貧困的重要原因,解決貧困問(wèn)題需要關(guān)注農(nóng)村貧困家庭的脫貧決心,通過(guò)多種手段對(duì)這些貧困家庭進(jìn)行心理溝通,提高貧困家庭對(duì)致貧原因及脫貧辦法的認(rèn)知能力,將會(huì)使他們產(chǎn)生脫貧信心。
[Abstract]:The practice of poverty alleviation has found that some poor families do not have the determination to get out of poverty, and they rely entirely on policy support and other people's help. This phenomenon has become a difficult problem in tackling poverty relief. Use the 2013 China Household income Survey (CHIP-data) data. This paper focuses on how the determination to get rid of poverty affects the behavior of rural poor families and then affects their income growth. The research results show that the lack of resolve to eradicate poverty is an important reason for restricting the poor families in rural areas to get rid of poverty. To solve the problem of poverty, we need to pay attention to the determination of rural poor families to get rid of poverty, to communicate these poor families psychologically through various means, and to improve the cognitive ability of poor families on the causes of poverty and the ways to get rid of poverty, so that they will have confidence in getting rid of poverty.
