【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)體系是促進農(nóng)業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)化的重要平臺。鑒于此,本文通過對美國、日本、韓國3個國家農(nóng)業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)體系運作經(jīng)驗的總結(jié),比較其相同之處和差異之處。在比較的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了中國當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)狀,并在借鑒上述國家經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了完善中國農(nóng)業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)體系的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The service system of agricultural intellectual property is an important platform to promote the transformation of agricultural intellectual property. In view of this, this paper summarizes the operating experience of agricultural intellectual property service system in three countries, the United States, Japan and South Korea. On the basis of comparison, this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural intellectual property service system in China, and draws lessons from the experiences of the above countries. Some suggestions are put forward to perfect China's agricultural intellectual property service system.
