【摘要】：市民農園作為特色農業(yè)的一種實踐,其理論基礎建立在體驗經濟理論、市民出游空間理論、農業(yè)多功能理論之上。市民農園可根據距離、開發(fā)主體、租用者等方面的不同進行分類。我國市民農園的發(fā)展始于20世紀90年代,基本遵循體驗性原則、因地制宜原則、市場導向原則、突出特色原則進行開發(fā),其開發(fā)模式大致可分為以體驗動機和發(fā)展路徑兩個角度分類。論文以經營現狀、科技應用、體驗項目、運行模式入手,結合經典案例,對煙臺市民農園的發(fā)展現狀,并對煙臺市民農園行為狀況和滿意度調查問卷研究,進行深入剖析,提出了農園發(fā)展中的突出問題是外部環(huán)境不完善、資金缺乏且使用不合理、退租現象嚴重、經營管理體制不健、重視硬件建設,忽視軟件建設、農園宣傳力度不高等問題。今后,為進一步推動煙臺市民農園的發(fā)展,應完善農園基礎設施、多渠道融資,提高資金使用率、提高市民參與度、建立健全農園管理體制、完善農園服務體系、加強宣傳、轉變觀念等來推動市民農園的發(fā)展。本論文實際調查研究將更新我國市民農園的發(fā)展理論,對農園開發(fā)具有現實的指導意義。
[Abstract]:As a kind of practice of characteristic agriculture, citizen farm garden is based on experience economy theory, citizen travel space theory, agriculture multifunction theory. The development of rural gardens in China began in 1990s and basically followed the principles of experience, measures to local conditions, market orientation, and outstanding characteristics. The development model can be divided into two angles: experience motivation and development path. This paper starts with the management status quo, the application of science and technology, the experience project, the operation mode, and combines the classic case, to the development status of Yantai citizen farm garden. Based on the questionnaire research on the behavior and satisfaction of Yantai people, the paper points out that the outstanding problems in the development of agricultural garden are the imperfect external environment, the lack of funds and unreasonable use, and the serious phenomenon of rentals. The management system is not healthy, attaches importance to the hardware construction, neglects the software construction, the agricultural garden propaganda is not high and so on. In the future, in order to further promote the Yantai citizen farm garden development, should consummate the agricultural garden infrastructure, the multi-channel financing, To increase the utilization rate of funds, increase the participation of the public, establish and improve the management system of agricultural gardens, perfect the service system of agricultural gardens, and strengthen propaganda, The actual investigation and research in this paper will update the development theory of the citizen farm garden in our country and have practical guiding significance for the development of the agricultural garden.
