【摘要】：我國農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展已進入新的歷史階段,在此背景下三農(nóng)工作將面臨新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),農(nóng)民收入持續(xù)增長乏力問題依然突出,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品階段性供過于求及有效供給不足等結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾仍然存在,如何有效實現(xiàn)農(nóng)民持續(xù)增收是一個非常重要而且緊迫的問題。結(jié)合新的歷史階段下我國農(nóng)民收入增長的制約因素,應從提升供給質(zhì)量和供給效應、深化農(nóng)村產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革、推進新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民培育、做好綜合信息平臺搭建等方面出發(fā),形成促進農(nóng)民增收的長效機制,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)民收入快速健康可持續(xù)增長。
[Abstract]:Agricultural rural development in China has entered a new historical stage. Under this background, the work of agriculture, rural areas and farmers will face new opportunities and challenges, and the problem of persistent weak growth of farmers' income is still prominent. Structural contradictions such as phased oversupply of agricultural products and insufficient effective supply still exist. How to effectively realize the sustainable increase of farmers' income is a very important and urgent problem. In combination with the restricting factors of farmers' income growth under the new historical stage, we should deepen the reform of the rural property right system by improving the supply quality and the supply effect. From the aspects of promoting the cultivation of new professional farmers and building a comprehensive information platform, a long-term mechanism to promote the increase of farmers' income is formed, so as to realize the fast, healthy and sustainable growth of farmers' income.
