【摘要】：[目的]休閑農業(yè)是現(xiàn)代經濟與農業(yè)快速發(fā)展的產物,促進了農業(yè)與旅游業(yè)的結合,推動了國民經濟的發(fā)展,深深影響了人們的生產和生活。作為農業(yè)大省的河南,能夠實現(xiàn)休閑農業(yè)的發(fā)展,對自己甚至是整個領域的發(fā)展都具有重要意義。[方法]在此背景下,文章通過闡述休閑農業(yè)的概念及基本特征,通過問卷調查與專家訪問發(fā),收集河南省12個休閑農業(yè)示范點的發(fā)展數據,并篩選得到頭投入人力、物力、財力,輸出經濟效益和社會效益的評價指標,建立為河南省休閑農業(yè)發(fā)展服務的DEA模型。[結果]之后,通過實證分析,得到以下結論:從具體的角度上來說,加大人力、物力和財力的投入可實現(xiàn)休閑農業(yè)的經濟效益和社會效益;從全面上來說,對休閑農業(yè)的投入可推動該行業(yè)的整體規(guī)模。[結論]該文的研究結果為發(fā)展河南省休閑農業(yè)打下了理論基礎,推動了重點發(fā)展技術、提高投資效率和投入物力的發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:[objective] Leisure agriculture is the product of the rapid development of modern economy and agriculture. It promotes the combination of agriculture and tourism, promotes the development of national economy and deeply affects people's production and life. To be able to realize the development of leisure agriculture is of great significance to oneself and even to the development of the whole field. [methods] under this background, the article expounds the concept and basic characteristics of leisure agriculture, and sends it through questionnaire survey and experts' visit. Collect the development data of 12 leisure agriculture demonstration sites in Henan Province, and select the evaluation indexes of the first investment manpower, material resources, financial resources, output economic and social benefits. The DEA model is established to serve the development of leisure agriculture in Henan Province. [results] after empirical analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: from a specific point of view, increase manpower, The economic and social benefits of leisure agriculture can be realized with the input of material and financial resources. [conclusion] the research results of this paper lay a theoretical foundation for the development of leisure agriculture in Henan Province, promote the development of key technology, improve the investment efficiency and the development model of material resources.
