【摘要】：新中國初期,面對西北畜牧業(yè)的衰敗景象,西北軍政委員會(huì)在遵循中央"保護(hù)和發(fā)展畜牧業(yè)、防止獸疫"的政策指示下,采取了一系列發(fā)展畜牧業(yè)的措施。西北軍政委員會(huì)積極建設(shè)和施政,不僅為西北地區(qū)畜牧業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展做出了貢獻(xiàn),而且改善了牧區(qū)各族人民的生活;在改進(jìn)牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)條件、支援國家社會(huì)主義工業(yè)化建設(shè)的同時(shí),也為民族團(tuán)結(jié)、鞏固新生的人民民主政權(quán)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the early days of New China, in the face of the decline of animal husbandry in the northwest, the Northwest military and political Commission followed the central policy of "protecting and developing animal husbandry and preventing veterinary epidemics." A series of measures have been taken to develop animal husbandry. The northwest military administration committee has not only contributed to the sustainable development of animal husbandry economy, but also improved the life of the people of all ethnic groups in pastoral areas. While improving animal husbandry production conditions and supporting the country's socialist industrialization construction, it also laid the foundation for national unity and the consolidation of the new people's democratic regime.
