【摘要】：當前,精準脫貧已經(jīng)進入了攻堅階段。精準脫貧中尚存在基層黨組織建設薄弱、"窮根"差異性大、扶貧政策落實疲軟、農(nóng)村空心化趨勢凸顯等影響脫貧"精準"的緊迫問題。因此,有針對性的加強基層黨組織建設、改革傳統(tǒng)的問責機制、發(fā)揮"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"引擎作用、利用資源稟賦做強特色產(chǎn)業(yè),補齊脫貧"短板",才能實現(xiàn)從現(xiàn)在基本解決貧困問題的狀態(tài)到全面建成小康社會目標的跨越與突破。
[Abstract]:At present, the precise poverty has entered a crucial stage. The precise poverty still exist in the construction of grass-roots party organizations are weak, "with" the big difference between the poverty alleviation policy implementation, weak trend highlights the influence of rural hollowing out of poverty "accurate" urgent problems. Therefore, targeted to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations, to reform the traditional accountability mechanism, play a "Internet plus" engine, using the resource endowment stronger characteristic industry, filled out "short board", cross and breakthrough can be achieved from now to solve the poverty problem to a comprehensive well-off society goal.
