【摘要】：節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)采用率低下已成為制約西北干旱地區(qū)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。理論研究發(fā)現(xiàn),信貸約束對(duì)具有資本密集型特質(zhì)的節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)采用產(chǎn)生影響,而社會(huì)資本對(duì)信貸約束具有一定的緩解作用。基于此,本文使用甘肅張掖483戶農(nóng)戶調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),首先,將通過(guò)意愿調(diào)查法獲得的農(nóng)戶金額約束、利率約束和期限約束數(shù)據(jù)資料表征農(nóng)戶信貸約束程度,并應(yīng)用探索性因子分析法構(gòu)建社會(huì)資本指數(shù);其次,運(yùn)用Probit模型實(shí)證分析信貸約束、社會(huì)資本對(duì)節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)采用的影響;再次,分別引入社會(huì)資本與金額、利率和期限約束的交互項(xiàng),檢驗(yàn)社會(huì)資本對(duì)信貸約束的緩解效應(yīng);最后,通過(guò)穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn)與邊際效應(yīng)分析對(duì)實(shí)證結(jié)果和影響程度進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)信貸約束的三個(gè)維度——金額約束、利率約束和期限約束分別對(duì)節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)采用行為具有顯著的抑制作用,而社會(huì)資本對(duì)農(nóng)戶采用節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)具有積極促進(jìn)作用。金額約束每增加1萬(wàn)元,節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)采用概率降低1.96%;利率約束每上升1%,采用概率下降0.77%;期限約束每延長(zhǎng)1年,采用概率下降2.39%;農(nóng)戶社會(huì)資本每提高一個(gè)檔次,采用概率提升21.04%。(2)社會(huì)資本通過(guò)民間借貸等形式,對(duì)技術(shù)采用過(guò)程中的金額與利率約束有顯著的緩沖功能;受民間借貸期限不穩(wěn)定等因素的影響,社會(huì)資本對(duì)期限約束的緩解效應(yīng)并不明顯。(3)戶主年齡、受教育程度、所在村莊與鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的距離以及是否接受過(guò)技術(shù)推廣服務(wù)均對(duì)節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)采用行為有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:The low adoption rate of water-saving irrigation technology has become the key to restrict the sustainable development of rural economy in arid areas of northwest China. Theoretical research shows that credit constraints have an impact on the adoption of water-saving irrigation technology with capital-intensive characteristics. Based on this, this paper uses the survey data of 483 households in Zhangye, Gansu Province. First of all, the amount of money obtained by the will survey method will be restricted. The data of interest rate constraint and term constraint represent the degree of credit constraint, and the exploratory factor analysis is used to construct social capital index. Secondly, the Probit model is used to analyze the credit constraint empirically. The impact of social capital on the adoption of water-saving irrigation technology; third, the introduction of social capital and the amount of money, interest rate and term constraints to test the mitigation effect of social capital on credit constraints; finally, The empirical results and the degree of influence are tested by robustness test and marginal effect analysis. Interest rate constraints and term constraints have significant inhibitory effects on the adoption of water-saving irrigation techniques, while social capital has a positive effect on farmers to adopt water-saving irrigation techniques. The probability of water-saving irrigation is reduced by 1.96; the probability decreases by 0.77 for every increase of interest rate constraint; the probability decreases by 2.39 per year with the extension of the term constraint; and the social capital of farmers increases by one level. The social capital has a significant buffer function on the amount of money and interest rate constraint in the process of technology adoption, which is influenced by factors such as the instability of the term of private lending and other factors. The mitigation effect of social capital on the term constraint is not obvious.) the age of head of household, the education level, the distance between the village and the township, and whether or not the technology extension service have significant influence on the adoption of water-saving irrigation technology.
