【摘要】：2017年,中央就推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了較為清晰的界定,但要深刻理解推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的內(nèi)涵,仍需科學(xué)把握如何堅持用新發(fā)展理念推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的問題,全面把握"緊緊圍繞市場需求變化"的含義,深刻把握"以提高農(nóng)業(yè)供給質(zhì)量為主攻方向"的精髓。
[Abstract]:In 2017, the central government to promote agricultural connotation of supply side structural reforms were more clearly defined, but should have a deep understanding of the connotation of promoting agricultural supply side structural reform, still need to grasp how to adhere to the scientific development concept to promote new agricultural supply side structural reform issues, a comprehensive grasp of "focus on market demand change" meaning grasp the "to improve agricultural supply quality as the essence of the main direction.
