【摘要】：農(nóng)民工隨著歷史的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的,歷史造就了農(nóng)民工,農(nóng)民工也書寫著歷史。農(nóng)民工群體的特點(diǎn)是人數(shù)眾多,身份特殊,在社會(huì)生活中又是處于弱勢(shì)的。農(nóng)民工是具有我國(guó)獨(dú)特色彩的,他們?cè)诮?jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展、社會(huì)不斷和諧、文化不斷創(chuàng)新的環(huán)境中應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。自20世紀(jì)后,農(nóng)民工問題彰顯出來,同時(shí)也受到越來越多的重視和關(guān)注。改革開放以來,隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)的工業(yè)化、城市化、現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展日新月異,勢(shì)頭正猛,城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌一體化發(fā)展必將取代城鄉(xiāng)二元分割與分治格局。在這一社會(huì)大環(huán)境下,農(nóng)民工群體的出現(xiàn)順應(yīng)了時(shí)代的發(fā)展,同時(shí)也在這一發(fā)展過程中充當(dāng)著不容忽視的重要作用。因此,我國(guó)工業(yè)化、城市化、現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程能否順利進(jìn)行,取決于農(nóng)民工群體受到的困擾能否得到妥善解決。農(nóng)民離開農(nóng)村進(jìn)入城市,變成農(nóng)民工,最終成為市民,是其市民化轉(zhuǎn)變的過程,這一過程必然加速城市化、工業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展。然而,農(nóng)民工市民化的過程中并不順利,無論是工作還是生活方面,他們都遇到了不同程度的困難,使他們的處境和身份顯得十分尷尬,農(nóng)民工在城市生活總會(huì)遇到各種阻礙,這些必然使其市民化進(jìn)程受到影響。本篇論文是以雙鴨山市的農(nóng)民工作為主要調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過農(nóng)民工進(jìn)入城市工作以及生活遇到的阻礙與困難,探討其市民化的問題,通過調(diào)查問卷,獲取資料與數(shù)據(jù)來分析阻礙農(nóng)民工市民化的具體因素是什么,分析探討如何使農(nóng)民工脫離現(xiàn)在的困境。本文希望通過對(duì)一個(gè)地區(qū)的探討與研究,能為整個(gè)社會(huì)的農(nóng)民工市民化進(jìn)程得到啟示,能加快整個(gè)社會(huì)的工業(yè)化、城市化和現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)程。如何改變農(nóng)民工生存現(xiàn)狀,使他們更好的在城市中生活,成為城市的一份子,加快城市化的進(jìn)程,這必將是一個(gè)持久而又艱難的過程,尋求解決的這一問題的方法必將是我們努力不懈的目標(biāo)。雙鴨山市是黑龍江省的地級(jí)市,煤礦儲(chǔ)量位居我國(guó)十大特大煤礦之一。雙鴨山市的經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,城市的不斷進(jìn)步,農(nóng)民工最終的妥善安置是其實(shí)現(xiàn)城市化的必然要求。農(nóng)民工市民化的過程不可能是一帆風(fēng)順、極其順利的,必然是具有長(zhǎng)期性、艱難性和曲折性的,不僅要依靠農(nóng)民工群體自身不懈努力,更要依賴政府的作為,社會(huì)的大力支持和推動(dòng),才能消除障礙,盡早實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民工市民化。
[Abstract]:Migrant workers with the development of history, the history of migrant workers, migrant workers also write history. Migrant workers are characterized by a large number of people, special status. In the social life is also in the weak. Migrant workers are with the unique color of our country, they in the rapid economic development, social harmony, cultural innovation in the environment. Since 20th century. Since the reform and opening up, with the development of society, our country's industrialization, urbanization, modernization development with each passing day, the momentum is fierce. The integration of urban and rural development will replace the dual urban and rural segmentation and partition pattern. In this social environment, the emergence of migrant workers conforms to the development of the times. At the same time, it also plays an important role in the process of development. Therefore, the industrialization, urbanization and modernization of our country can be carried out smoothly. It depends on whether the puzzlement of migrant workers can be properly solved. It is the process of urbanization that farmers leave the countryside to enter the city, become migrant workers, and finally become citizens. This process is bound to accelerate the urbanization. Industrialization, the development of modernization. However, migrant workers in the process of citizenship is not smooth, whether work or life, they have encountered varying degrees of difficulties. So that their situation and status is very embarrassing, migrant workers in the city life will always meet with a variety of obstacles. This paper takes the migrant workers in Shuangyashan City as the main object of investigation, through migrant workers to enter the city work and life encountered obstacles and difficulties. This paper probes into the problem of the urbanization of migrant workers, and through the questionnaire, obtains the information and data to analyze the specific factors that hinder the urbanization of migrant workers. This paper analyzes and discusses how to extricate migrant workers from the present predicament. This paper hopes that through the discussion and study of a region, it can enlighten the whole social process of migrant workers' citizenship and speed up the industrialization of the whole society. The process of urbanization and modernization. How to change the status quo of migrant workers, make them live in the city better, become a part of the city, accelerate the process of urbanization, this will be a long and difficult process. Shuangyashan City is the prefecture-level city of Heilongjiang Province, and the coal mine reserves is one of the ten largest coal mines in China. The economy of Shuangyashan City is developing rapidly. The continuous progress of the city, the final proper placement of migrant workers is the inevitable requirement of urbanization. The process of urbanization of migrant workers can not be smooth, extremely smooth, must have a long-term nature. The difficulties and tortuosity not only depend on the unremitting efforts of the migrant workers themselves, but also rely on the government and the support and promotion of the society in order to eliminate the obstacles and realize the urbanization of migrant workers as soon as possible.
