【摘要】：嘉慶元年以后甘肅糧價變動趨勢明顯,糧價變動特征呈現(xiàn)出階段性。1850年以前,甘肅糧價相對保持平穩(wěn),糧價波動趨勢并不明顯。1850年以后,糧價波動加劇。受回民事變的影響,甘肅糧價大漲�；孛袷伦兒�,糧價逐漸回落,但糧價波動趨勢仍較為明顯,糧價的波動亦呈現(xiàn)出地域特征,從東到西,糧價的波動趨勢逐漸趨緩。1796—1911年,甘肅粟米、小麥、豌豆、青稞、糜子五種糧食作物的價格呈現(xiàn)出明顯的層次性。其中粟米、小麥的價格高于豌豆、青稞、糜子的價格。影響甘肅糧價的因素頗為復雜,自然災害、社會動亂、倉儲、人口、銀價以及經(jīng)濟作物種植都對糧價有一定影響。其中自然災害是影響甘肅糧價最主要的因素。除此之外,“回民事變”、“河湟事變”等戰(zhàn)亂導致甘肅糧價大漲。倉儲對平抑糧價作用明顯,而人口對甘肅糧價的影響并不顯著,貨幣、經(jīng)濟作物的種植對甘肅糧價亦有一定的作用。一定程度上,糧價的波動可以有效反映出市場整合程度的高低。
[Abstract]:After the first year of Jiaqing, Gansu grain price change trend is obvious, grain price change characteristic presents the stage. Before 1850, the Gansu grain price is relatively stable, the grain price fluctuation trend is not obvious. After 1850, the grain price fluctuation trend is not obvious. Because of the influence of the Hui people's incident, the grain price of Gansu rose greatly. After the Hui people incident, the grain price gradually fell down, but the fluctuation trend of grain price was still obvious, the fluctuation of grain price also showed the regional characteristic, from east to west. The fluctuation trend of grain prices gradually slowed down in 1796-1911, the prices of five grain crops in Gansu Province, such as corn, wheat, pea, highland barley and millet, showed obvious gradation. Among them, corn. The price of wheat is higher than that of peas, highland barley and millet. The factors affecting grain prices in Gansu are quite complex, natural disasters, social unrest, storage and population. Silver price and cash crop planting have certain influence on grain price. Among them, natural disaster is the most important factor affecting grain price in Gansu. In addition, "Hui people's incident". "Hehuang incident" and other wars led to a sharp rise in grain prices in Gansu. Storage has a significant effect on reducing grain prices, while the impact of population on food prices in Gansu is not significant, currency. To a certain extent, the fluctuation of grain price can effectively reflect the degree of market integration.
