【摘要】：改革開放以來,特別是我國加入WTO之后,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了質(zhì)的飛躍,農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展也迎來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展即受到地理環(huán)境與氣候條件等因素的影響,同時科技發(fā)展水平的高低、農(nóng)業(yè)從業(yè)人員的技能水平、市場環(huán)境以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)等因素也影響著農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展。對這些因素的分析關(guān)乎農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,也有助于農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力的進(jìn)一步提高。河南省地處中原,良好的地理環(huán)境與氣候條件使得農(nóng)業(yè)在這片土地上得到了較好的發(fā)展,成為全國的農(nóng)業(yè)大省。河南省農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展雖然較快,是全國的糧食大省,糧食總產(chǎn)量占全國的比例超過10%,但是河南省并不是我國的農(nóng)業(yè)強(qiáng)省,其農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展自身也存在著諸多問題,這些劣勢因素阻礙了河南省農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力的快速提升。因此對河南省農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力的進(jìn)行評價分析具有重要的意義,它不僅對河南省農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力做出了客觀的評價,同時也能找到農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中的阻礙因素,進(jìn)而找出相應(yīng)的解決措施,使得河南省農(nóng)業(yè)健康快速的發(fā)展。本文通過借鑒關(guān)于農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力的研究,形成一個新的研究框架。首先分析了農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力的內(nèi)涵,并把農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力的構(gòu)成分為生產(chǎn)競爭力、資本與技術(shù)競爭力和農(nóng)業(yè)的抗風(fēng)險能力,同時把基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施水平,技術(shù)水平,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等作為影響農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力的因素。然后通過選取具有代表性的10個指標(biāo),運用SPSS19.0進(jìn)行主成分分析,找出影響河南省農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力的主要因素。其次,把河南省置于本文所選定的12個糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū)之中,并對12個糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行排名,明確河南省的排名,找出差距所在。由此可以得出河南省農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力之所以不夠強(qiáng)的原因是在于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的薄弱、技術(shù)水平落后、缺乏市場競爭力以及生產(chǎn)工具的落后。因此要提高河南省農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力就應(yīng)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)變粗放型的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式、加強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、提倡科技興農(nóng)、加強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的市場體系建設(shè)以及相關(guān)的政策支持。通過對河南省農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力的評價分析,可以為河南省農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的對策,使其具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially after China's entry into WTO, the economic development has produced a qualitative leap, and the development of agriculture has also ushered in new challenges. At the same time, the level of development of science and technology, the skill level of agricultural practitioners, the market environment and the construction of infrastructure also affect the development of agriculture. The analysis of these factors is related to the transformation and development of agricultural economy. Henan Province is located in the Central Plains, the good geographical environment and climate conditions make agriculture in this land has been better development. Although Henan Province has developed rapidly and is a big grain province in China, its total grain output is more than 10 percent of the whole country, but Henan Province is not a strong agricultural province in China. Its agricultural development itself also has many problems, these inferior factors hinder the rapid improvement of agricultural competitiveness of Henan Province. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate and analyze the agricultural competitiveness of Henan Province. It not only made an objective evaluation of the agricultural competitiveness of Henan Province, but also found the obstacles in the agricultural development, and then found out the corresponding solutions. Make Henan Province agriculture healthy and rapid development. Through the study of agricultural competitiveness, this paper forms a new research framework. Firstly, the connotation of agricultural competitiveness is analyzed. And the composition of agricultural competitiveness is divided into production competitiveness, capital and technology competitiveness and agricultural ability to resist risks, at the same time, the level of infrastructure, technology level. Industrial structure and other factors affecting agricultural competitiveness. Then through the selection of representative 10 indicators, using SPSS19.0 to carry out principal component analysis. Find out the main factors that affect the agricultural competitiveness of Henan Province. Secondly, put Henan Province in the 12 main grain production areas selected in this paper, and rank the agricultural competitiveness of the 12 main grain production areas. It can be concluded that the reason why Henan's agricultural competitiveness is not strong is that the infrastructure is weak and the technical level is backward. Therefore, in order to improve the agricultural competitiveness of Henan Province, we should adjust and optimize the industrial structure of agriculture, change the extensive mode of agricultural development, and strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure. Through the evaluation and analysis of the agricultural competitiveness of Henan Province, we can put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of agriculture in Henan Province. So that it has certain reference significance.
