【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟的一體化,全球經(jīng)濟企業(yè)的競爭越來越激烈,中國改革開放的現(xiàn)代化步伐進一步加強。加快城鎮(zhèn)化工業(yè)化的主要現(xiàn)象之一是農(nóng)民工快速增加,伴隨著各種問題也迅速積累,近年來農(nóng)民工的學習成為熱點。我國正處于快速城鎮(zhèn)化過程中,眾多農(nóng)民工由于在農(nóng)村勞動力過剩,來到城市,但因為技能不足往往只能從事比較技術簡單的工作,同時因為在城鎮(zhèn)化進程中,他們?nèi)耘f不能獲得足夠的保障,比如戶籍,醫(yī)療,養(yǎng)老……很難在城市中立足。也使得他們不愿意去花更多的時間和金錢精力去提升自己的技能。而本文的研究就是通過討論城鎮(zhèn)化進程中農(nóng)民工職業(yè)技能提升路徑,來提出解決的良策。根據(jù)農(nóng)民工職業(yè)發(fā)展觀,本文運用文獻分析和定性分析,分析了農(nóng)民工職業(yè)發(fā)展的空間和制約因素,運用經(jīng)濟分析的方法,找出農(nóng)民工職業(yè)發(fā)展的理論依據(jù),收集農(nóng)民工的工資收入數(shù)據(jù),對農(nóng)民工的職業(yè)發(fā)展和收入的相應關系進行分析,通過確定農(nóng)民工的職業(yè)發(fā)展因素,為許多農(nóng)民工找到職業(yè)發(fā)展方式,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和分析發(fā)現(xiàn)適合我國的農(nóng)民工職業(yè)發(fā)展應對之策。因此研究成果具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the integration of the world economy, the competition of global economic enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, and the modernization of China's reform and opening up has been further strengthened. One of the main phenomena of accelerating urbanization and industrialization is the rapid increase of migrant workers. With the rapid accumulation of various problems, the study of migrant workers has become a hot spot in recent years. China is in the process of rapid urbanization, many migrant workers come to the city because of the surplus labor force in rural areas. But because of the lack of skills often can only be engaged in relatively technical simple jobs, and because in the urbanization process, they still do not get adequate protection, such as household registration, medical care. It is very difficult to establish a foothold in the city. It also makes them unwilling to spend more time and money to improve their skills. And the research in this paper is to discuss the path to improve the vocational skills of migrant workers in the process of urbanization. . According to the concept of career development of migrant workers, this paper uses literature analysis and qualitative analysis, analyzes the space and constraints of migrant workers' professional development, and applies the method of economic analysis. Find out the theoretical basis of the career development of migrant workers, collect the wage income data of migrant workers, analyze the corresponding relationship between the career development and income of migrant workers, and determine the factors of the career development of migrant workers. To find the way of career development for many migrant workers, to find out the problems and to find the countermeasures suitable for the professional development of migrant workers in our country, so the research results have very important practical significance.
