【摘要】：隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來和科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,企業(yè)的資源不再局限于人力、物力和財(cái)力,知識和技術(shù)成為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展不可缺少的重要資源。知識和技術(shù)在作為企業(yè)資源的同時(shí),兩者也相互聯(lián)系著。技術(shù)、管理等知識是企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新不可缺少的關(guān)鍵投入要素,它提高了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,促進(jìn)了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的成功。而知識的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)知識共享通過知識在不同主體之間的交流與溝通,實(shí)現(xiàn)了知識的增長和更新,保證了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對知識數(shù)量與質(zhì)量的需求。農(nóng)業(yè)種子企業(yè)是農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)中一種重要的企業(yè)類型,它是以農(nóng)業(yè)種子的研發(fā)、推廣、上市為主要業(yè)務(wù)。農(nóng)業(yè)種子企業(yè)對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有著重要的需求。然而,現(xiàn)階段我國管理農(nóng)業(yè)種子企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平有限,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新實(shí)施效果不佳,農(nóng)業(yè)種子企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng)。為了改善農(nóng)業(yè)種子企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀以及提升農(nóng)業(yè)種子企業(yè)技術(shù)能力,本文以農(nóng)業(yè)種子企業(yè)為研究對象,從知識共享的角度,分析目前我國農(nóng)業(yè)種子企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和知識共享的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,通過對農(nóng)業(yè)種子企業(yè)知識共享和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新問題的原因分析,以及知識共享對我國農(nóng)業(yè)種子企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的影響,最終構(gòu)建出基于知識共享的提升農(nóng)業(yè)種子企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的模型。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the continuous progress of science and technology, the resources of enterprises are no longer limited to human, material and financial resources. Knowledge and technology have become an indispensable and important resource for the development of enterprise production. Knowledge and technology are also related to each other as enterprise resources. Knowledge, such as management, is the key input element of enterprise technological innovation, and it improves the ability of enterprise technological innovation. The key link of knowledge sharing is the exchange and communication of knowledge among different subjects to realize the growth and renewal of knowledge. Agricultural seed enterprise is an important type of agricultural enterprise, which is developed and popularized by agricultural seed. Listing is the main business. Agricultural seed enterprises have an important demand for technological innovation. However, at present, the level of technological innovation of agricultural seed enterprises in China is limited, and the effect of technological innovation implementation is not good. In order to improve the current situation of agricultural seed enterprises' technological innovation and improve the technical capability of agricultural seed enterprises, this paper takes the agricultural seed enterprises as the research object. From the point of view of knowledge sharing, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of technological innovation ability and knowledge sharing of agricultural seed enterprises in China, and analyzes the reasons for the problems of knowledge sharing and technological innovation in agricultural seed enterprises. And the influence of knowledge sharing on the technological innovation ability of agricultural seed enterprises in China. Finally, a model of improving the technological innovation ability of agricultural seed enterprises based on knowledge sharing is constructed.
