【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè)。我國(guó)是傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),人口大國(guó),糧食生產(chǎn)問題是當(dāng)代中國(guó)的頭等大事,關(guān)系到國(guó)家的安全穩(wěn)定和長(zhǎng)治久安,因而大力發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)也就顯得十分重要。農(nóng)業(yè)要發(fā)展,糧食要遞增,最大的潛力就是農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,而實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化就要靠現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的推廣�，F(xiàn)在從中央到地方都把發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化列入了重要的議事日程予以高度關(guān)注。論文進(jìn)行這方面的研究對(duì)于指導(dǎo)當(dāng)前利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化工作有著很大的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。論文主要采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、描述性研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、上門訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法對(duì)現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)行分析和論證,以期加快農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程第一部分：緒論。主要闡述了本論文的選題緣由、選題意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、以及具體研究思路和方法。第二部分：主要介紹了現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的基本概況。分為現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的涵義、國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀兩個(gè)部分進(jìn)行闡述。第三部分：根據(jù)調(diào)查的結(jié)論探求與剖析當(dāng)前現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化存在的問題,主要有發(fā)展推進(jìn)不平衡和滯后、信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系不健全、缺乏高層次管理和技術(shù)人才、管理水平有待進(jìn)一步提高等方面問題。第四部分：重點(diǎn)分析了存在問題產(chǎn)生的原因。主要有思想不重視、缺乏發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、信息化建設(shè)投入不足、評(píng)價(jià)激勵(lì)考核機(jī)制流于形式等原因第五部分：提出了優(yōu)化現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的實(shí)施對(duì)策,包括提高提高信息技術(shù)推廣者及農(nóng)業(yè)從業(yè)者的認(rèn)識(shí)、做好規(guī)劃突出科學(xué)性、加大信息化建設(shè)投入等八個(gè)方面舉措。以期能對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的理論研究有所裨益和幫助。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy. China is a large agricultural country with a large population, and the issue of grain production is a top priority in contemporary China, which is related to the security, stability and long-term stability of the country. Therefore, it is very important to vigorously develop agricultural production. Agricultural modernization is the greatest potential for agricultural development and increasing grain production. The realization of agricultural modernization depends on the popularization of modern information technology in agricultural production. At present, the development of agricultural modernization has been put into the important agenda from the central to the local level. Research on guiding the current use of modern information technology to promote agricultural modernization work has a great theoretical and practical significance. Descriptive research, questionnaire survey, door-to-door interview, mathematical statistics analysis of modern information technology to promote agricultural modernization analysis and demonstration. In order to speed up the process of agricultural modernization the first part: introduction. This paper mainly describes the reason of the topic, the significance of the topic, the current situation of domestic and foreign research. The second part mainly introduces the basic situation of modern information technology to promote agricultural modernization. It is divided into the meaning of modern information technology and agricultural modernization. The third part: according to the conclusion of the investigation to explore and analyze the current modern information technology to promote the agricultural modernization of the existing problems, mainly the development of imbalance and lag. Information network system is not perfect, lack of high-level management and technical personnel, management needs to be further improved. Part 4th: focus on the analysis of the causes of problems. Lack of strategic planning for development, lack of investment in information construction, evaluation of incentives and assessment mechanism in the form of such reasons as 5th part: put forward the optimization of modern information technology to promote the implementation of agricultural modernization countermeasures. This includes raising the awareness of information technology extension and agricultural practitioners, and making a good plan to highlight the scientific nature of the plan. It is expected that it will benefit and help the theoretical research of agricultural modernization in China.
