【摘要】：觀光農(nóng)業(yè)在我國已有40多年的發(fā)展歷史,其功能已由原來的農(nóng)家樂轉(zhuǎn)變成為一種集旅游、生產(chǎn)、科技教育與文化傳承等多功能的綜合性開發(fā)模式。是我國未來農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)的方向。而觀光農(nóng)業(yè)以其本身具有的自然性、歷史文化性、本地特征性十分迎合當(dāng)下游客追求自然、感受歷史、體驗(yàn)農(nóng)家樂趣的旅游需求,是未來旅游開發(fā)的重要方式。粵西地區(qū)擁有獨(dú)一無二的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)景象和鄉(xiāng)土景觀,與之相對(duì)的是觀光農(nóng)業(yè)在粵西進(jìn)展落后,缺乏考慮對(duì)本土景觀的保護(hù),失去對(duì)原有歷史文化的傳承,以及不科學(xué)的建設(shè)思路讓粵西地區(qū)的觀光農(nóng)業(yè)本身無法實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)有的經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化價(jià)值,更無法保護(hù)原有的自然景觀。導(dǎo)致觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的景觀效應(yīng)低下,經(jīng)營混亂�；谶@些因素,探究符合粵西觀光農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)的規(guī)劃辦法,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)原有景觀的保護(hù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)向協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展形式�；诿袔X門鎮(zhèn)冠利達(dá)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)未來粵西觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的開發(fā)提供理論的總結(jié)及實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)的價(jià)值。本文主要由以下六個(gè)部分組成:第一章為緒論部分,介紹觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的概念及發(fā)展歷史,國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述,研究對(duì)象和內(nèi)容,研究的目的與意義,為全文提供理論基礎(chǔ)。第二章就觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的景觀進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)景觀的內(nèi)在價(jià)值的體現(xiàn)總結(jié)了規(guī)劃在觀光農(nóng)業(yè)中景觀的保護(hù)及開發(fā)建設(shè)中的意義。第三章,對(duì)粵西的觀光農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并指出當(dāng)前粵西觀光農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)中存在的景觀問題。第四章對(duì)粵西觀光農(nóng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研分析,總結(jié)可借鑒手法。并結(jié)合前文內(nèi)容,探究觀光農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)的前中后三個(gè)階段總結(jié)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù),整合得到景觀規(guī)劃理論。第五章,以茂名市嶺門鎮(zhèn)冠利達(dá)生態(tài)科普游樂園總體規(guī)劃為實(shí)踐設(shè)計(jì)案例,作為規(guī)劃理論的回應(yīng)。最后為全文的總結(jié),并對(duì)未來粵西觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展前景提出構(gòu)思。
[Abstract]:Sightseeing agriculture has been developed for more than 40 years in our country. Its function has changed from the original Nongjiale to a kind of tourism and production. Science and technology education and cultural inheritance and other multi-functional comprehensive development model. It is the direction of future agricultural construction in China. Tourism agriculture has its own nature, historical and cultural nature. Local characteristics cater to the current tourist needs of pursuing nature, feeling history and experiencing the pleasure of farmers. It is an important way to develop tourism in the future. Western Guangdong has a unique scene of agricultural industry and local landscape, in contrast, tourism agriculture in western Guangdong lags behind, and lack of consideration for the protection of local landscape. Losing the heritage of the original history and culture, as well as unscientific construction ideas, the tourism agriculture in western Guangdong can not realize its due economic and cultural value. More unable to protect the original natural landscape, resulting in low landscape effect of tourism agriculture, business chaos. Based on these factors, explore the planning method in line with the construction of tourism agriculture in western Guangdong. In order to achieve the original landscape protection and economic construction to coordinate the development of form. Based on Maoming Lingmen Town Guanlida sightseeing agricultural garden project planning and design. This paper mainly consists of the following six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, introducing the concept and history of tourism agriculture. Domestic and foreign literature review, research object and content, the purpose and significance of the study, to provide a theoretical basis for the full text. Chapter two analyzes the landscape of sightseeing agriculture. According to the inherent value of the landscape the significance of planning in the protection and development of the landscape in the tourism agriculture is summarized. Chapter three summarizes the tourism agriculture industry in western Guangdong. It also points out the landscape problems existing in the construction of tourism agriculture in western Guangdong. Chapter 4th carries on the field investigation and analysis to the sightseeing agricultural projects in the west of Guangdong, and summarizes the methods that can be used for reference, and combines with the previous contents. To explore the tourism agriculture construction before and after the three stages of planning and design basis, integration of landscape planning theory. 5th chapter, take Maoming Lingmen town Guanlida ecological popular science amusement park as a practical design case. As a response to the planning theory, the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward some ideas for the future development of tourism agriculture in western Guangdong.
