【摘要】:配送是物流系統(tǒng)眾多環(huán)節(jié)中的一個(gè),并且是上下層級(jí)貨物流通的唯一形式。然而我國(guó)物流起步晚,尤其是果蔬類(lèi)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀(guān)。因?yàn)楣吲渌屯袝r(shí)效性和果蔬產(chǎn)品新鮮度的要求,所以果蔬物流配送半徑范圍只能覆蓋到配送中心的附近;同時(shí)也因?yàn)楣吲渌头⻊?wù)的對(duì)象常呈現(xiàn)出品種多、批次多、批量小的現(xiàn)象,所以導(dǎo)致這種配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)較一般的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品網(wǎng)絡(luò)更為復(fù)雜、零散、難規(guī)劃。這就更凸顯出在城市中哪一處選擇合適數(shù)量、大小的物流配送中心,并能安排覆蓋諸如小區(qū)、市場(chǎng)、連鎖超市等末端環(huán)節(jié)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的迫切性了。這樣做的目的不單單只是提高了果蔬類(lèi)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的配送效率,節(jié)約果蔬物流整體的成本,更加有指導(dǎo)意義的優(yōu)化了整個(gè)配送環(huán)節(jié)上下層所涉及到的配送中心點(diǎn)及相關(guān)供需點(diǎn)的選址等一系列問(wèn)題。通過(guò)了解果蔬物流的相關(guān)理論,明確了配送中心選址對(duì)于整個(gè)物流系統(tǒng)的重要性。首先對(duì)果蔬類(lèi)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送中心的選址做出的一系列假設(shè),這些合理假設(shè)都是建立在一般物流配送中心選址流程的基礎(chǔ)上的,著重從配送中心點(diǎn)和需求點(diǎn)數(shù)目、上下層覆蓋關(guān)系、居民方便性和總工程費(fèi)用等方面進(jìn)行考慮。在這些思考要素的基礎(chǔ)上,以總成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù)創(chuàng)建常見(jiàn)的蔬菜類(lèi)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品多站點(diǎn)配送中心的數(shù)學(xué)選址模型。并對(duì)集成了LAP和VRP的LRP問(wèn)題給予了數(shù)學(xué)描述和特征分類(lèi)之后,針對(duì)非編程人員及新技術(shù)的發(fā)現(xiàn),闡述了本文將使用TransCAD等技術(shù)軟件在當(dāng)代運(yùn)籌學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上施行果蔬類(lèi)物流LRP問(wèn)題的解決方案。分析完果蔬物流的特點(diǎn)和LRP問(wèn)題的思想后,并沒(méi)有按照自上而下的層級(jí)順序來(lái)研究,而是自下而上的按照“客戶(hù)(居民)→供需點(diǎn)(市場(chǎng)或超市)→配送中心(倉(cāng)庫(kù))”的順序來(lái)研究?jī)蓚(gè)層級(jí)的配送選址優(yōu)化問(wèn)題。首先利用SPSS中的K-均值聚類(lèi)方法,通過(guò)方差分析對(duì)供需點(diǎn)層的設(shè)施點(diǎn)具體位置做出統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,即確定配送中心所需配送服務(wù)的位置和其服務(wù)的客戶(hù)群。然后針對(duì)果蔬類(lèi)物流的特點(diǎn),以成本最小為原則來(lái)利用TransCAD仿真軟件中的物流模塊按LRP思想求解配送中心到不同供需點(diǎn)的最優(yōu)配送路徑,最終得到配送中心設(shè)施的最優(yōu)選址位置。
[Abstract]:Distribution is one of the many links in the logistics system, and it is the only form of goods circulation at the upper and lower levels. However, logistics in China started late. In particular, the development of the logistics of fruits and vegetables is not optimistic. Because the distribution of fruits and vegetables often has the requirements of timeliness and freshness of fruit and vegetable products, the radius of distribution of fruits and vegetables can only cover the vicinity of the distribution center. At the same time, because the object of fruit and vegetable distribution service often presents the phenomenon of many varieties, lots and small batches, so the distribution network is more complex and scattered than the general industrial product network. These reasonable assumptions are based on the general logistics distribution center location process, focusing on the number of distribution center points and demand points, the upper and lower layer coverage relationship. The convenience of residents and the total cost of the project are taken into account. On the basis of these considerations. Taking the minimum total cost as the objective function, the mathematical location model of the common multi-site distribution center of vegetable agricultural products is established, and the LRP problem which integrates LAP and VRP is described and classified by mathematics.
