【摘要】：中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)作為中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,具有高盈利能力、高發(fā)展?jié)摿Α⒌赜蛱厣黠@等特點(diǎn),將為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。隴西縣自然條件十分適宜中藥材的生長(zhǎng),且南拓北展、承東啟西的交通樞紐區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)也非常有利于中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不斷完善,藥材交易市場(chǎng)不斷發(fā)展,藥材加工企業(yè)不斷壯大,物流體系不斷健全的前提下,隴西縣中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展格局基本形成。伴隨著工業(yè)化和城市化的進(jìn)程加快,政府中藥材政策的實(shí)施,中藥材種植涉及多種因素,這些因素最終決定農(nóng)戶種植行為,而農(nóng)戶種植行為又直接決定中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和市場(chǎng)供需情況。因此,探討農(nóng)戶中藥材種植行為,探索其影響因素,對(duì)增加種植戶收入,提高其種植積極性,發(fā)展壯大中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)都有非常重大的意義。本文以農(nóng)戶行為理論為基礎(chǔ),采用文獻(xiàn)查閱法、社會(huì)調(diào)查法、比較分析法、計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型分析方法等多種研究方法對(duì)隴西縣農(nóng)戶中藥材種植行為進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究分析。首先,本文在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,界定了中藥材種植行為的概念及特征;其次,從種植規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)率、品種結(jié)構(gòu)、龍頭企業(yè)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流、科技投入六方面對(duì)隴西縣中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行詳盡分析;然后,從土地經(jīng)營(yíng)、品種選擇、技術(shù)認(rèn)知、兼業(yè)狀況、成本投入、農(nóng)作物種植選擇行為等方面對(duì)農(nóng)戶中藥材種植行為現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了客觀分析;再次,運(yùn)用Logistic—ISM模型基于戶主特征、家庭特征、中藥材種植特征、外部環(huán)境影響等角度選取相關(guān)變量,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)農(nóng)戶中藥材種植行為影響因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析;最后,根據(jù)本文研究結(jié)論,提出了優(yōu)化隴西縣農(nóng)戶中藥材種植行為的建議。本文的研究結(jié)論如下:第一,隴西縣中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)在種植規(guī)模和生產(chǎn)總量、中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)率、品種結(jié)構(gòu)和種植基地、龍頭企業(yè)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)流通體系和科技投入等方面都取得了巨大進(jìn)步。第二,當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)戶中藥材種植行為呈現(xiàn)小規(guī)模、小地塊、細(xì)碎化經(jīng)營(yíng),農(nóng)戶擴(kuò)種意愿強(qiáng)烈,主栽品種突出,種植技術(shù)及人員缺乏,農(nóng)戶兼業(yè)行為普遍、成本投入逐年增加、中藥材種植優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯等特征。第三,中藥材收入占家庭收入比重是農(nóng)戶中藥材種植行為的表層直接因素;外出務(wù)工勞動(dòng)力占比、種植成本、種植年數(shù)、銷售情況、價(jià)格滿意程度、政府資金支持是中層間接因素;年齡、文化程度是影響中藥材種植行為的深層根源因素。
[Abstract]:Chinese herbal medicine industry as one of the traditional advantages of China has the characteristics of high profitability, high development potential, obvious regional characteristics and so on. The natural conditions of Longxi County are very suitable for the growth of traditional Chinese medicine, and the development of the north and south, and the location advantage of the transportation hub of east, east and west is also very favorable to the development of the Chinese medicine industry. Under the premise of the continuous improvement of infrastructure, the continuous development of the trade market of medicinal materials, the growing of the processing enterprises of medicinal materials, and the continuous improvement of the logistics system. The development pattern of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Longxi County is basically formed. With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization and the implementation of the Chinese medicine policy of the government, the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine involves many factors. These factors ultimately determine the farmers' planting behavior, and the farmers' planting behavior directly determines the competitiveness of Chinese herbal medicine industry and market supply and demand. It is of great significance to increase the income of growers, improve their enthusiasm of planting, and develop and expand the Chinese herbal medicine industry. Based on the theory of farmers' behavior, this paper adopts the methods of literature review, social investigation and comparative analysis. Econometric model analysis methods and other research methods to Longxi County farmers Chinese herbal medicine planting behavior of systematic research and analysis. First, this paper on the basis of domestic and foreign literature. The concept and characteristics of cultivation behavior of Chinese medicinal materials were defined. Secondly, from the planting scale, industrial contribution rate, variety structure, leading enterprises, warehousing logistics, science and technology investment in six aspects of Longxi County, the status of traditional Chinese medicine industry development was analyzed in detail. Then, from the aspects of land management, variety selection, technical cognition, concurrent-business situation, cost input and crop planting selection behavior, the present situation of farmers' planting behavior of Chinese herbal medicine is analyzed objectively. Thirdly, the Logistic-ISM model is used to select the relevant variables based on the characteristics of head of household, household characteristics, Chinese herbal medicine planting characteristics, external environmental impact and so on. On the basis of this, the influencing factors of farmers' planting behavior of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed empirically. Finally, according to the conclusion of this paper, some suggestions are put forward to optimize the cultivation behavior of traditional Chinese medicine in Longxi county. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the scale and total production of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Longxi county. Great progress has been made in the contribution rate of Chinese herbal medicine industry, variety structure and planting base, leading enterprises, warehousing and circulation system and scientific and technological input. Second, local farmers' planting behavior of Chinese herbal medicine shows a small scale. Small plots, fine management, farmers strong willingness to expand the main varieties, planting technology and lack of personnel, farmers universal behavior, cost investment increased year by year, the advantages of Chinese medicinal plants are obvious. Third. The proportion of Chinese herbal medicine income to household income is the direct factor of farmers' planting behavior of Chinese herbal medicine. The proportion of migrant labor force, planting cost, planting years, sales, price satisfaction, government financial support are indirect factors; Age and education level are the deep root factors influencing the planting behavior of Chinese herbal medicine.
