【摘要】：土地資源安全是國(guó)家安全和區(qū)域安全的重要內(nèi)容,保障土地資源安全是社會(huì)的迫切需求。本文以南京市為研究對(duì)象,從"壓力-狀態(tài)-響應(yīng)"(PSR)思路出發(fā)制定區(qū)域土地資源安全評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)框圖,將土地資源安全系統(tǒng)分為糧食安全保障、土地經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、土地生態(tài)安全3個(gè)子系統(tǒng)�；谙到y(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué),分析其與區(qū)域社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和自然環(huán)境之間的相互影響關(guān)系,并進(jìn)行定量化仿真模擬研究,全面揭示土地資源系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、安全性和連續(xù)性。通過(guò)建立區(qū)域土地資源安全評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)流圖,開(kāi)展SD動(dòng)態(tài)仿真模擬,進(jìn)而采取層次分析法進(jìn)行指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定,綜合評(píng)價(jià)區(qū)域土地資源安全等級(jí)。通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的15種方案SD仿真模擬,得出了南京市土地資源安全戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展最優(yōu)方案,最終選擇方案3、6、2、9作為南京市土地資源安全的優(yōu)化模式,又以方案3為最優(yōu)。本文采用Vensim PLE軟件對(duì)所建立的模型進(jìn)行了適合性和一致性檢驗(yàn)。本文構(gòu)建的SD仿真模型是集社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、自然環(huán)境外部系統(tǒng)和內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)為一體的綜合性動(dòng)態(tài)分析模型,能夠清晰地表達(dá)出土地資源安全系統(tǒng)的整個(gè)關(guān)系網(wǎng),可為區(qū)域土地資源安全評(píng)價(jià)特別是其在時(shí)間維度上的對(duì)比研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:The security of land resources is an important part of national security and regional security. It is an urgent need of society to ensure the security of land resources. This paper takes Nanjing as the research object. Based on the idea of "pressure-state-response", the frame diagram of regional land resource security evaluation system is made, and the land resource security system is divided into food security and land economic security. Based on the system dynamics, the interaction between land ecological security and regional society, economy and natural environment is analyzed, and the quantitative simulation research is carried out. The stability, security and continuity of the land resource system are revealed comprehensively. The SD dynamic simulation is carried out by establishing the flow chart of the regional land resource security evaluation system. Then the AHP method is adopted to determine the index weight and evaluate the regional land resource security grade synthetically. The SD simulation of 15 schemes is carried out. The optimal plan for the development of land resource security strategy in Nanjing is obtained. In this paper, Vensim PLE software is used to verify the suitability and consistency of the established model. The SD simulation model constructed in this paper is social and economic. The comprehensive dynamic analysis model of natural environment external system and internal structure can clearly express the whole relationship network of land resource security system. It can be used as a reference for regional land resource security evaluation, especially for its comparative study on time dimension.
