【摘要】：東莞城市人口多,城市化程度較高,旅游消費需求旺盛;東莞水鄉(xiāng)地處珠三角中心腹地,氣候宜人,交通便捷,農(nóng)業(yè)資源豐富,有獨特的民俗文化,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)潛力大,前景廣闊。2013年東莞市提出發(fā)展水鄉(xiāng)片區(qū)作為新的經(jīng)濟增長點,現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支撐點之一,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展能夠有效的促進傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,促進現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,因此發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是目前東莞水鄉(xiāng)片區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的最優(yōu)選擇。本文對東莞市水鄉(xiāng)片區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的各參與主體進行調(diào)查,對東莞水鄉(xiāng)片區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)有農(nóng)業(yè)資源的現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展進行梳理,提出東莞水鄉(xiāng)片區(qū)在產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃布局、公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、經(jīng)營方式、顧客體驗等方面存在的問題。并用體驗經(jīng)濟理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)布局理論深入分析造成這些問題的原因,為東莞市水鄉(xiāng)片區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了切實可行的意見:一是從政府的角度看,應(yīng)該完善規(guī)劃布局,追加投入,完善公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施;二是從社會主體而言,應(yīng)該轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營理念,充分調(diào)動各社會主體參與休閑農(nóng)業(yè)積極性;加強功能開發(fā),增強體驗服務(wù)。最后筆者希望通過本文的研究,能夠促進東莞水鄉(xiāng)片區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,同時為其他地區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Dongguan has a large population, a high degree of urbanization and a strong demand for tourism consumption. Dongguan Water Township is located in the heart of the Pearl River Delta, with a pleasant climate, convenient transportation, rich agricultural resources, unique folk culture, and great potential for the development of leisure agriculture. In 2013, Dongguan proposed the development of waterborne areas as a new economic growth point, modern agriculture as one of the supporting points of economic development. The development of leisure agriculture can effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture and promote the development of modern agriculture. Therefore, the development of leisure agriculture is the best choice for the development of modern agriculture in Dongguan water rural area. This paper reviews the present situation and development of leisure agriculture resources in Dongguan Water Township area, and puts forward the industrial planning layout, public infrastructure construction and management mode. Using experience economy theory and industrial layout theory to analyze the causes of these problems. This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the development of leisure agriculture in the waterborne area of Dongguan: first, from the angle of the government, we should perfect the layout of the plan, add investment and perfect the public infrastructure; Second, from the point of view of social subjects, we should change the management concept and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all social subjects to participate in leisure agriculture; Finally, the author hopes to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Dongguan Water Township area and provide reference for the development of leisure agriculture in other areas.
