【摘要】：為促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)效益并緩解農(nóng)業(yè)資源環(huán)境壓力,有必要盡快推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)改革,提高我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)市場(chǎng)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,引導(dǎo)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展向著環(huán)保、可持續(xù)的方向發(fā)展。鑒于此,建議做好如下工作:樹(shù)立大市場(chǎng)理念,轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式,提升農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,創(chuàng)新農(nóng)業(yè)科技機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育等。
[Abstract]:To promote the upgrading of agricultural transformation, improve the operating efficiency of agricultural production and agricultural resources to alleviate environmental pressure, it is necessary to reform the structure of agricultural supply side as soon as possible, improve the core competitiveness of China's agricultural market, guide the development of the agricultural industry to environmental protection and sustainable development. In view of this, the following suggestions: set up the market idea, the transformation of agriculture the mode of production, enhance the market competitiveness of agricultural products, agricultural science and technology innovation, strengthen the rural occupation education.
