【摘要】：中國(guó)不僅是世界上最大的大蒜種植國(guó)家,還是世界上最大的大蒜消費(fèi)國(guó)家,更是世界上最大的大蒜出口國(guó)家。杞縣是一個(gè)常年種植大蒜的農(nóng)業(yè)大縣,為了杞縣更好更快的發(fā)展,必須大力發(fā)展杞縣農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)——大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著大蒜的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值不斷被開(kāi)發(fā)出來(lái),大蒜在食品行業(yè)、保健行業(yè)、生物制藥等行業(yè)的應(yīng)用也越來(lái)越大,在國(guó)內(nèi)外都有很好的發(fā)展前景。隨著我國(guó)各級(jí)政府對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展越來(lái)越重視,杞縣要抓住這次發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,大力發(fā)展大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)展好大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)也是杞縣強(qiáng)縣富民的一條正確道路。經(jīng)過(guò)幾十年的發(fā)展,大蒜已經(jīng)成為杞縣農(nóng)民收入的主要來(lái)源,杞縣大蒜形成了集大蒜的種植,生產(chǎn),加工,貯藏,出口等為一體的大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)。杞縣種植大蒜不但歷史悠久,而且杞縣大蒜以個(gè)大、耐儲(chǔ)存等特點(diǎn),備受人們的喜愛(ài)。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的大力發(fā)展,杞縣一直堅(jiān)持走大蒜興縣、大蒜富農(nóng)的戰(zhàn)略,杞縣大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)取得了很好的成績(jī)。從2008年開(kāi)始,杞縣大蒜種植面積基本穩(wěn)定在60萬(wàn)畝左右,目前杞縣還不斷成長(zhǎng)為河南省優(yōu)質(zhì)大蒜的生產(chǎn)區(qū)。本文在文獻(xiàn)綜述和調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用SWOT理論和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化理論,就杞縣大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、面臨的機(jī)遇和威脅、存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),以及大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。研究認(rèn)為,優(yōu)越的自然條件,優(yōu)良的大蒜品質(zhì),較低的生產(chǎn)成本,以及良好的科研和人才資源是杞縣大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在優(yōu)勢(shì);而國(guó)家的政策支持,國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)的需求潛力,鄭汴一體化的輻射作用,中部崛起戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,為杞縣大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。但與此同時(shí),杞縣大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)也面臨著種植面積盲目擴(kuò)大,生產(chǎn)環(huán)境惡化,深加工水平偏低等內(nèi)在壓力,以及國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力弱,社會(huì)化服務(wù)體系不健全,品牌知名度低等外部環(huán)境的威脅。分析認(rèn)為,生產(chǎn)成本逐年遞增,大蒜種子資源少,品種老化單一,科技含量低,政府對(duì)市場(chǎng)管理粗放是杞縣大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的主要問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,研究提出,進(jìn)一步完善政府的宏觀管理和指導(dǎo);降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力;充分利用杞縣人文資源,發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè);調(diào)整種植方式;加大科技投入;規(guī)范大蒜市場(chǎng)管理;發(fā)展綠色有機(jī)大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè);創(chuàng)新大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形式是杞縣大蒜產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:China is not only the largest garlic growing country in the world, but also the largest garlic consumer country in the world. In order to develop Qi county better and faster, it is necessary to develop garlic industry, which is the mainstay of agricultural economy of Qi county. With the development of garlic nutrition value, garlic is in food industry and health care industry. The application of biopharmaceutical and other industries is more and more large and has a good prospect at home and abroad. With the governments at all levels of our country pay more and more attention to the development of agriculture Qi County should seize the opportunity of this development. Vigorously develop garlic industry, the development of garlic industry is also a right way to enrich the people in Qixian County. After decades of development, garlic has become the main source of income for farmers in Qi County. Garlic in Qi County has formed a garlic industry which integrates garlic planting, production, processing, storage, export and so on. Garlic planting in Qi County has a long history, and garlic in Qi County has the characteristics of large storage resistance and so on. Many people love. After years of vigorous development, Qi County has been sticking to the strategy of garlic prosperity, garlic rich farmers, Qi County garlic industry has achieved good results. Since 2008. The planting area of garlic in Qi County is stable at about 600,000 mu. At present, Qi County has been growing into a production area of high-quality garlic in Henan Province. This paper is based on literature review and investigation and research. Based on the theory of SWOT and agricultural industrialization, the present situation, opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages of garlic industry in Qi County are discussed. And the problems existing in garlic industry were analyzed. It was concluded that the superior natural conditions, excellent garlic quality and low production cost. And good scientific research and talent resources are the inherent advantages of garlic industry development in Qi County; The national policy support, the demand potential of domestic and foreign markets, the radiation effect of Zhengbian integration, and the implementation of the strategy of the rise of central China have brought a rare development opportunity for the development of garlic industry in Qi County, but at the same time. Qi County garlic industry is also faced with blind expansion of planting area, production environment deterioration, low level of deep processing and other internal pressures, as well as the international competitiveness is weak, the social service system is not perfect. The analysis shows that the production cost is increasing year by year, the garlic seed resources are few, the variety is aging and single, and the science and technology content is low. Extensive government management of the market is the main problem in the development of garlic industry in Qi County. Reduce production costs and improve market competitiveness; Make full use of cultural resources in Qi County and develop modern agriculture; Adjust the planting method; Increasing investment in science and technology; Standardize garlic market management; Develop green organic garlic industry; The innovation of garlic industry organization form is an important way for the sustainable and healthy development of garlic industry in Qi County.
