【摘要】：由商鞅變法所實(shí)踐、董仲舒倡議所合法化的國(guó)家控制土地的政策思想,是中國(guó)古代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期停滯在"生產(chǎn)使用價(jià)值"的前市場(chǎng)狀態(tài)的根本原因。統(tǒng)治者的體恤民情或橫征暴斂,理財(cái)者的開(kāi)通明智或精于搜括,不期而至的災(zāi)害或戰(zhàn)亂等,應(yīng)該是后續(xù)衍生的問(wèn)題。一旦僵化的土地制度決定了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)缺乏內(nèi)生活力,這些問(wèn)題遲早會(huì)發(fā)生,解決的程度也必然是局部的、有限的、暫時(shí)的。北宋以后,田制不立,但路徑依賴已經(jīng)形成,決策思路轉(zhuǎn)變不易。因此,討論封建社會(huì)農(nóng)業(yè)政策對(duì)王朝更替的影響問(wèn)題,經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法論是一個(gè)值得重視的分析工具。
[Abstract]:The practice of reform by Shang Yang, policy thought Dong Zhongshu initiative to legalize the control of land, is China ancient agricultural economy long-term stagnation in fundamental reason "before the market production value". The rulers of the compassionate or financial opening extort excessive taxes and levies, wise or in unexpected disaster or war loot, etc., should be the following is derived. Once the rigid land system determines the agricultural production lack of life force, these problems will happen sooner or later, the degree of the solution must be local, limited and temporary. The Northern Song Dynasty, no land system, path dependence has been formed but decision-making ideas change is not easy. Therefore, the policy of agricultural feudal society in the discussion of influence of dynasties, the methodology of economics is an important analysis tool.
