【摘要】:艾爾弗雷德·塞耶·馬漢曾預(yù)言:誰控制了海洋,誰就控制了一切。21世紀(jì)是海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的世紀(jì),關(guān)注海洋就是關(guān)注人類的未來。中國是一個(gè)發(fā)展中的海洋大國,據(jù)國土資源部統(tǒng)計(jì),“十一五”期間,中國海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)年均增長13.5%,持續(xù)高于同期國民經(jīng)濟(jì)增速。本文的研究對(duì)象獐子島集團(tuán)股份有限公司,是以海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)為主,集海珍品育苗、增養(yǎng)殖、加工、貿(mào)易、凍鮮品冷藏物流、客運(yùn)、休閑漁業(yè)于一體的大型綜合性海洋食品企業(yè),也是國內(nèi)最大的海產(chǎn)品養(yǎng)殖企業(yè)。本文主要運(yùn)用了發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、SWOT理論、戰(zhàn)略態(tài)勢(shì)分類等理論,對(duì)我國海水養(yǎng)殖行業(yè)及獐子島漁業(yè)集團(tuán)從發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的角度進(jìn)行了研究、分析和總結(jié)。文章首先引入了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論作為本文的理論基礎(chǔ),隨后介紹了目前我國海水養(yǎng)殖行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及獐子島漁業(yè)集團(tuán)現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過運(yùn)用前述管理學(xué)理論,結(jié)合企業(yè)的內(nèi)部條件及外部環(huán)境影響因素,對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了全面的分析,最后對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出了針對(duì)性較強(qiáng)的優(yōu)化意見。通過理論分析,本文得出以下結(jié)論:(1)公司當(dāng)前總體戰(zhàn)略適用縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略,即SWOT中的SO戰(zhàn)略。即依托獐子島豐富的漁業(yè)資源和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行深加工,應(yīng)用4P市場(chǎng)營銷理論使銷售環(huán)節(jié)市場(chǎng)化,最終使獐子島集團(tuán)成為漁業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的一體化運(yùn)營商。(2)根據(jù)企業(yè)目前發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中存在的問題,本文制定了具體的戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化措施,即分別從產(chǎn)品整合開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)擴(kuò)張、研發(fā)提升、銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)與渠道整合等角度進(jìn)行了戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化,以完善企業(yè)的縱向一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。(3)具體保障措施的制定更多從每個(gè)細(xì)小環(huán)節(jié)出發(fā)緊緊圍繞可執(zhí)行性和協(xié)調(diào)性,使得總體戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略得到了貫徹和執(zhí)行。本文從發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的角度出發(fā),來探究獐子島集團(tuán)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略定位,是戰(zhàn)略管理學(xué)、企業(yè)管理學(xué)、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相結(jié)合的跨學(xué)科研究成果,具有一定的創(chuàng)新型;本文構(gòu)建了一整套以戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展、定位及設(shè)計(jì)為導(dǎo)向的海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)行業(yè)提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Alfredo Sayer Mahan predicted that whoever controls the ocean, the 21st century is the century of ocean economics. To pay attention to the ocean is to pay attention to the future of mankind. China is a developing marine power. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Land and Resources, the average annual growth of China's marine economy during the 11th Five-Year Plan period is 13.5%. The research object of this paper is Swertia Zidao Group Co., Ltd., which is focused on marine industry, collecting sea treasures to raise seedlings, increase breeding, processing, trade, frozen fresh products refrigerated logistics, passenger transport. Leisure fishery in one of the large integrated marine food enterprises, but also the largest seafood breeding enterprises in China. This paper mainly uses the development strategy SWOT theory, strategic situation classification theory. This paper studies, analyzes and summarizes the development strategy of China's mariculture industry and Swertia Island Fisheries Group. Firstly, this paper introduces the enterprise strategic management theory as the theoretical basis of this paper. Then introduced the current situation of marine aquaculture industry in China and the current development strategy of Swertia Island Fisheries Group, through the use of the management theory, combined with the internal conditions of the enterprise and external environmental factors. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development strategy of the enterprise, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the development strategy of the enterprise. This paper draws the following conclusion: 1) the current overall strategy of the company is suitable for vertical integration strategy, that is, the so strategy in SWOT, that is, relying on the abundant fishery resources and technological advantages of Swertia, the products are processed deeply. Applying 4P marketing theory to make the marketing link market-oriented and finally making Swertia Island Group the integrated operator of fishery industry value chain.) according to the problems existing in the current development strategy of the enterprise. This paper formulates the specific strategic optimization measures, that is, from the product integration and development, production expansion, R & D promotion, sales network and channel integration and other aspects of strategic optimization. In order to improve the vertical integration of enterprises development strategy. 3) the formulation of specific safeguards more from each small link around the implementation and coordination. So that the overall strategy and functional strategy has been carried out and implemented. This article from the perspective of development strategy to explore the strategic positioning of Swertia group is strategic management, enterprise management, development economics. The combination of marine economics and other interdisciplinary research results has a certain degree of innovation; In this paper, a set of strategic development, positioning and design oriented marine economic industry development strategy is constructed, which provides theoretical guidance for marine economic industry.
