【摘要】：基于土地立體化利用趨勢(shì)及管理技術(shù)需求等辨析土地評(píng)價(jià)向三維思維轉(zhuǎn)變的必要性,解析土地立體化利用評(píng)價(jià)的三維思維,研究提出秉承三維思維的土地立體化利用評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象、單元及指標(biāo),采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研法、綜合分析法,得到如下研究結(jié)果:(1)基于三維思維探索土地立體化利用評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)方法符合土地利用管理實(shí)際需求;(2)土地立體化利用評(píng)價(jià)的對(duì)象為具有綜合效益、多元結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)部異質(zhì)性的空間范圍,評(píng)價(jià)單元為空間體;(3)基于土地立體化利用的主要效應(yīng),面向建筑立體利用、立體交通建設(shè)以及立體綠化三種主要的利用行為,從利用形態(tài)及效益兩方面,提出9個(gè)蘊(yùn)含三維思維的土地立體化利用評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo);(4)該指標(biāo)具備可拓展性,是體現(xiàn)了立體空間形態(tài)與綜合質(zhì)量?jī)?nèi)涵的數(shù)量化指標(biāo)�？傮w而言,秉承三維思維的土地立體化利用評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)的探索,是從二維平面到三維空間的一次技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)變與嘗試,不僅將對(duì)土地立體化利用管理提供技術(shù)支撐,也是土地科學(xué)理論方法在三維思維下的一次創(chuàng)新,從而支撐立體化發(fā)展模式下土地的科學(xué)合理利用。
[Abstract]:The necessity to change the three-dimensional thinking trend and management technology demand analysis of land utilization of the land evaluation based on the analysis of the utilization of the land evaluation of the three-dimensional thinking, study and put forward the evaluation object adhering to 3D thinking of the utilization of the land, and the unit index, using the literature research method, comprehensive analysis method, the results obtained are as follows: (1) three-dimensional thinking to explore the utilization of the land evaluation method with land use management based on actual needs; (2) the utilization of the land evaluation for comprehensive benefit, multi structure, spatial heterogeneity, evaluation unit space; (3) the main effect of the utilization of the land based on oriented the use of three-dimensional construction, transportation construction and greening three main use behavior from two aspects by using morphology and benefit, put forward 9 contain 3D stereo land thinking Using the evaluation index; (4) the index has the scalability, is the embodiment of the quantitative criteria of the three-dimensional shape and comprehensive quality connotation. Overall, explore the evaluation technology of three-dimensional thinking adhering to the utilization of the land, it is a technical change and try from 2D to 3D space, will not only provide technical support for the utilization of the land management, land science is an innovation in theory and method of three-dimensional thinking, so as to support the rational use of the three-dimensional development mode of land science.
