【摘要】：當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)步入新常態(tài),傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式難以為繼。加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,突出消費(fèi)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)作用迫在眉睫。在城鎮(zhèn)化的背景下,農(nóng)村消費(fèi)潛力巨大,如何優(yōu)化農(nóng)村消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu),更好地發(fā)揮消費(fèi)的乘數(shù)效應(yīng),成為學(xué)者研究的重點(diǎn)。長(zhǎng)期以來,河北省農(nóng)村居民生存型消費(fèi)比重一直較高,消費(fèi)對(duì)刺激經(jīng)濟(jì)作用不明顯。本文的研究目的在于通過對(duì)河北省農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)研究,找出影響農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的因素,提出優(yōu)化消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)之策,為更好發(fā)揮消費(fèi),帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)作用提供有益借鑒。本文在查閱數(shù)據(jù)和年鑒的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和消費(fèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科進(jìn)行梳理,典型調(diào)查法、抽樣調(diào)查法相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)河北省農(nóng)村消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行全面深入的研究。在實(shí)地調(diào)查和對(duì)農(nóng)村居民進(jìn)行訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,通過河北省農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的橫向?qū)Ρ扰c縱向?qū)Ρ劝l(fā)現(xiàn)河北省農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)性支出占收入的比重過大、恩格爾系數(shù)偏高、農(nóng)村居民生存型消費(fèi)偏高等問題。影響河北省農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的因素可以分為經(jīng)濟(jì)因素和非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素。經(jīng)濟(jì)因素主要是收入水平;非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素包含消費(fèi)環(huán)境、消費(fèi)觀念、家庭類型、文化水平及養(yǎng)老體制。運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法,得出收入水平與食品、衣著、居住、家用、醫(yī)保、交通工具、文教娛樂及其他服務(wù)的關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)分別為0.79、0.77、0.78、0.80、0.84、0.88、0.79、0.76,均屬于高度關(guān)聯(lián)。農(nóng)村地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施落后、消費(fèi)觀念滯后、居民文化水平低及養(yǎng)老體制不完善使得消費(fèi)水平低、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理。基于統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和實(shí)地調(diào)查分析的結(jié)果,提出了提高農(nóng)村居民收入,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),優(yōu)化消費(fèi)環(huán)境,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村居民科學(xué)消費(fèi)理念,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)村居民社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)意識(shí)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The current economy has entered a new norm, difficult to continue the traditional mode of economic development. To speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development, highlighting the imminent consumption on the economic leading role. Under the background of urbanization, rural consumption potential, how to optimize the consumption structure in rural areas, better play a multiplier effect of consumption, become the focus of scholars. For a long time, the proportion of living consumption of rural residents in Hebei province has been high, consumption to stimulate economic effect is not obvious. The purpose of this study is to research the consumption structure of rural residents in Hebei Province, find out the influence factors of the consumption structure of rural residents, optimize the consumption structure of consumer policy, play for the better economic effect based on the reference. Access to data and Yearbook on political economics, econometrics and review of consumer economics and other related disciplines, typical investigation method That is combined with the method of sampling investigation, comprehensive and in-depth research on the development of rural consumption structure in Hebei province. Based on the investigation and interview of the rural residents, by comparison of the consumption structure of rural residents in Hebei province and the longitudinal comparison of consumption expenses of rural residents in Hebei province accounted for the proportion of income is too large the Engel coefficient of rural residents living consumption is high, high. Factors affecting the consumption structure of rural residents in Hebei province can be divided into economic and non economic factors. The economic factor is the income level; non economic factors including the consumption environment, consumption concept, family type, cultural level and pension system. Using the method of grey correlation analysis the level of income, and food, clothing, housing, household, health care, transportation, education and entertainment and other services, the correlation coefficient was 0.79,0.77,0.78,0.80,0.84 0.88,0.79,0.76, are highly correlated. Infrastructure in rural areas lag behind the consumption idea lag, low cultural level residents and the pension system is not perfect the level of consumption is low, the structure is not reasonable. The analysis of statistical data and field survey results based on the proposed to improve the income of rural residents, optimize the industrial structure and product structure, strengthen rural infrastructure the construction, optimizing the consumption environment, strengthen the scientific concept of consumption of rural residents, countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the rural social endowment insurance consciousness.
