【摘要】：作為文化景觀的風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)認(rèn)知與保護(hù),既是解決我國風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)保護(hù)與管理問題的內(nèi)在要求,也是國際社會(huì),尤其是世界遺產(chǎn)文化景觀領(lǐng)域?qū)ξ覈幕坝^研究的新的需求。旨在通過對(duì)文化景觀廣義、狹義定義的反思,來界定作為文化景觀的風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)這一概念,從如何有利于風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)文化景觀的保護(hù)與管理這一視角出發(fā),分析由于認(rèn)知的模糊性而給保護(hù)與管理實(shí)踐帶來的問題,從實(shí)踐和理論研究角度系統(tǒng)分析了法規(guī)缺失、規(guī)劃缺失和科研缺失等嚴(yán)重問題。
[Abstract]:As a cultural landscape, the cognition and protection of scenic spots is not only the inherent requirement to solve the problem of protection and management of scenic spots in China, but also the new demand of the international community, especially in the field of world heritage cultural landscape, for the study of cultural landscapes in China. The purpose of this paper is to define the concept of scenic spots as cultural landscapes through the reflection of the broad sense and narrow definition of cultural landscape. From the perspective of how to benefit the protection and management of cultural landscapes in scenic spots, this paper analyzes the problems brought about by the fuzziness of cognition to the practice of protection and management, and systematically analyzes the serious problems such as the lack of laws and regulations, the lack of planning and the lack of scientific research from the point of view of practice and theoretical research.
