【摘要】：建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村與發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)旅游是相互促進(jìn)、內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系,對(duì)兩者互動(dòng)發(fā)展研究,可以尋求新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的可行實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,理清鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)旅游的發(fā)展思路。我國(guó)鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)旅游已呈現(xiàn)出多參與主體、多產(chǎn)品類型發(fā)展新格局,但也存在著項(xiàng)目建設(shè)盲目、相應(yīng)政策法規(guī)缺失、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善、產(chǎn)品缺乏文化內(nèi)涵、生態(tài)破壞日益嚴(yán)重等問(wèn)題,影響其自身可持續(xù)發(fā)展,也阻礙了我國(guó)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的順利進(jìn)行。因此構(gòu)建兩者互動(dòng)發(fā)展模式,研究在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)背景下鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展這一層面尤為重要。應(yīng)以新農(nóng)村建設(shè)為契機(jī),為鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo),構(gòu)建資源環(huán)境—經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展—管理監(jiān)控—社區(qū)參與互動(dòng)發(fā)展模式,加強(qiáng)政府引導(dǎo)、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、提升農(nóng)民綜合素質(zhì)、培育生態(tài)文化品牌、構(gòu)建生態(tài)宜居農(nóng)村環(huán)境,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)旅游與新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的互動(dòng)持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The construction of new socialist countryside and the development of rural ecotourism promote each other and have a unified relationship. The study on the interactive development of the two can seek the feasible way to realize the construction of new countryside and clarify the development ideas of rural ecotourism. Rural ecotourism in China has presented a new pattern of multi-participation and multi-product type development, but there are also blind project construction, lack of corresponding policies and regulations, imperfect infrastructure, and lack of cultural connotation of products. Ecological destruction is becoming more and more serious, which affects its sustainable development and hinders the construction of new countryside in China. Therefore, it is very important to construct the interactive development model and study the development of rural ecotourism under the background of new rural construction. We should take the new rural construction as an opportunity to provide guidance for the development of rural ecotourism, construct the interactive development model of resources and environment, economic development, management monitoring and community participation, strengthen the guidance of the government, and improve the infrastructure construction. To improve the farmers' comprehensive quality, to cultivate the ecological culture brand, to construct the eco-livable rural environment, and finally to realize the interactive and sustainable development of rural eco-tourism and the construction of new countryside in China.
