民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游發(fā)展研究

【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、國(guó)民收入水平的提高以及消費(fèi)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變，旅游業(yè)作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一得到了迅猛的發(fā)展。在旅游業(yè)快速發(fā)展的過(guò)程中，旅游者旅游需求的日益多樣化對(duì)我國(guó)旅游從業(yè)人員提出了新的要求，而作為旅游從業(yè)人員重要組成部分的導(dǎo)游員也不可避免的面臨著重大挑戰(zhàn)和沖擊，為了更好地滿足旅游者的體驗(yàn)需求及價(jià)值期許，導(dǎo)游隊(duì)伍分類需要更加細(xì)化，更加具有針對(duì)性，同時(shí)導(dǎo)游服務(wù)模式也要隨之做出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。另外一方面，我國(guó)是一個(gè)多民族國(guó)家，民族地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國(guó)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中的一個(gè)非常重要的區(qū)域旅游現(xiàn)象和重要的旅游業(yè)態(tài)，是民族地區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展、社會(huì)和諧、文化發(fā)展等方面的重要支撐。民族地區(qū)旅游業(yè)由于其自然、人文環(huán)境的特殊性，對(duì)導(dǎo)游人員及導(dǎo)游服務(wù)的要求普遍要比一般地區(qū)對(duì)此的要求高，更需要導(dǎo)游提高其基本素養(yǎng)和服務(wù)技能，更好的滿足體驗(yàn)式旅游、個(gè)性化旅游及專項(xiàng)旅游的需求。鑒此，文本從理論分析的角度出發(fā)，嘗試提出民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的概念，構(gòu)建民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游體系，以期滿足民族地區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)導(dǎo)游隊(duì)伍的要求，從而進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、人的發(fā)展、文化的發(fā)展以及環(huán)境生態(tài)的發(fā)展。 全文共分六個(gè)部分進(jìn)行論述： 第一部分是緒論。主要闡述了民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的選題背景、研究的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義、研究的主要內(nèi)容、研究的技術(shù)路線及研究方法； 第二部分是民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游研究的理論分析。首先陳述了民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的研究綜述，包括國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)論著及期刊論文中關(guān)于導(dǎo)游的研究?jī)?nèi)容，為下文社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的提出做鋪墊；接著是民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游研究的相關(guān)理論闡述及指導(dǎo)意義；最后對(duì)本研究中涉及到的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定，包括民族地區(qū)、社區(qū)以及導(dǎo)游的概念，并試著給出了社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的定義； 第三部分是民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的內(nèi)涵，是本研究的核心內(nèi)容。由典型實(shí)例出發(fā)，分析了民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的特點(diǎn)、民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游服務(wù)的性質(zhì)，并從不同角度對(duì)民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游進(jìn)行分類，同時(shí)也指出了民族地區(qū)發(fā)展社區(qū)導(dǎo)游存在的問(wèn)題； 第四部分是民族地區(qū)發(fā)展社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的必要性分析。分別從民族地區(qū)的旅游者、社區(qū)居民、導(dǎo)游隊(duì)伍建設(shè)三方面對(duì)民族地區(qū)發(fā)展社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的必要性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，闡述了民族地區(qū)發(fā)展社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的意義； 第五部分給出了民族地區(qū)發(fā)展社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的保障措施。從民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的管理和發(fā)展氛圍的營(yíng)造進(jìn)行了分析，對(duì)管理機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)置、管理體制的構(gòu)建、良好社會(huì)環(huán)境和生態(tài)環(huán)境的營(yíng)造進(jìn)行了闡述，，旨在促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展； 第六部分是本研究的實(shí)證研究部分，以甘南藏族自治州為例，分析了其發(fā)展社區(qū)導(dǎo)游的優(yōu)勢(shì)，以宗教寺院類社區(qū)導(dǎo)游、生態(tài)敏感類社區(qū)導(dǎo)游和民俗文化類社區(qū)導(dǎo)游作為三個(gè)分支來(lái)構(gòu)建甘南藏族自治州的社區(qū)導(dǎo)游體系，并對(duì)甘南藏族自治州發(fā)展社區(qū)導(dǎo)游提出了管理建議； 第七部分是本研究的結(jié)論與展望�？偨Y(jié)了本研究的主要結(jié)論，存在的不足和未來(lái)需要進(jìn)一步研究的問(wèn)題。
