鄭州市居民自駕車旅游制約因素研究

【摘要】:進入21世紀,隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,居民可支配收入的不斷增多,人們已經(jīng)不滿足于傳統(tǒng)的跟團旅游的出游方式,自駕車旅游因其自由,自助,個性化等特點,逐步成為一種新的出游方式,越來越受到旅游者的青睞。自駕車旅游市場因此成為新興的旅游市場,煥發(fā)出勃勃生機,市場潛力巨大。但目前我國的自駕車旅游市場尚處于發(fā)展的起步階段,有許多問題有待認識、研究和解決。國內外研究以分析自駕車旅游市場、旅游者行為、旅游產(chǎn)品居多,很少清楚、深入地分析制約自駕車旅游的各種因素,因此進行自駕車旅游制約因素方面的研究就顯得十分必要。 本文在回顧國內外相關文獻與理論研究的基礎上,以鄭州市自駕車旅游者為研究對象,采用定性和定量相結合的研究方法,通過問卷調查的形式,針對自駕車旅游的制約因素進行系統(tǒng)、全面的分析。利用SPSS19.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析、交叉分析,著重對鄭州市居民自駕車旅游者人口結構特征和行為特征分析進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,,得到結果鄭州自駕車旅游者以中青年白領階層為主要人群,男性居多。以兩至三天,單程距離在300公里以內的省內游為主,出游目的以休閑放松和觀光游覽為主。然后對自駕車旅游的制約因素進行因子分析,萃取出三個制約因子,按其影響大小依次為結構制約因素、經(jīng)濟制約因素、自身和人際制約因素。在因子分析的基礎上,為獲得自駕車旅游者不同人口學特征與旅游制約因素之間的差異關系,對所得的數(shù)據(jù)進行單因素方差分析,然后得到結果:性別對這三個制約因素均沒有顯著影響;年齡、職業(yè)、月收入對經(jīng)濟制約有顯著影響,對自身和人際制約因素、結構制約因素沒有顯著影響;家庭結構對結構制約有顯著影響,對自身和人際制約因素、經(jīng)濟制約均沒有顯著影響。最后,總結了本研究得出的結論,對旅游相關管理部門、各種自駕車旅游組織經(jīng)營者提出建議和對策,以及在研究中存在的不足。 希望所得的研究結果,能幫助政府相關旅游管理部門及旅游企業(yè)進一步開發(fā)、規(guī)劃自駕車旅游市場,為自駕車旅游者提供更好的服務,給出參考信息。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the rapid development of our national economy and the increasing disposable income of residents, people are not satisfied with the traditional way of traveling with groups. Self-driving tourism is characterized by its freedom, self-help, individuation and so on. Gradually become a new way to travel, more and more favored by tourists. As a result, the self-driving tourism market has become a new tourism market, glowing with vitality and great market potential. However, the market of self-driving tourism in China is still in the initial stage of development, there are many problems to be recognized, studied and solved. Domestic and foreign studies to analyze the self-driving tourism market, tourist behavior, tourism products are the majority, rarely clear, in-depth analysis of the constraints of self-driving tourism factors, Therefore, it is necessary to study the restrictive factors of self-driving tourism. On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature and theoretical research at home and abroad, this paper takes the self-driving tourists in Zhengzhou as the research object, adopts the research method of combining qualitative and quantitative, through the form of questionnaire, Aiming at the restriction factors of self-driving tourism, this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis. With the help of SPSS19.0 software, the data are analyzed by descriptive statistics and cross-analysis, and the population structure and behavior characteristics of resident self-driving tourists in Zhengzhou are analyzed. Results Zhengzhou self-driving tourists mainly middle-aged white-collar class, male majority. Two to three days, one-way distance within 300 km of provincial tourism, the main purpose of travel to relax and sightseeing. Then the factors of self-driving tourism are analyzed and three factors are extracted. According to the size of the factors, they are structural constraints, economic constraints, self-constraints and interpersonal constraints. On the basis of factor analysis, in order to obtain the difference between the demographic characteristics of self-driving tourists and tourism constraints, the data were analyzed by single factor variance analysis. The results are as follows: gender has no significant influence on these three factors; Age, occupation and monthly income have a significant impact on economic constraints, but not on their own and interpersonal constraints, structural constraints; Family structure has a significant impact on structural constraints, but not on their own and interpersonal constraints, economic constraints. Finally, the paper summarizes the conclusions of this study, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to tourism related management departments, various self-driving tourism organization operators, as well as the shortcomings in the study. It is hoped that the research results will help the relevant tourism management departments and tourism enterprises to further develop, plan the self-driving tourism market, provide better services for self-driving tourists, and provide reference information.
