快速成型技術(shù)在旅游產(chǎn)品研發(fā)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,使產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的方法得到進(jìn)一步的完善,產(chǎn)品更新的周期大大縮短,產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的速度成為產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵。傳統(tǒng)的加工方式在加工物理模型時(shí)存在,速度慢、成本高,而且在成型精度和尺寸精度等方面存在不足,復(fù)雜造型設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品甚至無(wú)法加工制造,這樣不僅降低了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的速度同時(shí)成本也相應(yīng)的高昂?焖俪尚凸に嚹軌蜓杆倬_地制造出造型復(fù)雜的模型及零件,彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)方法的不足,具有成型材料廣泛、成本低、體積小、無(wú)污染等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在未來(lái)快速成型領(lǐng)域有著很好的發(fā)展前景,為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)樣機(jī)的模擬提供一個(gè)可靠的工具,加快了產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)投放市場(chǎng)的步伐,但也存在成型質(zhì)量相對(duì)不高的一些問(wèn)題。旅游產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)因其設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容豐富,對(duì)產(chǎn)品投放市場(chǎng)速度要求比較高,它的設(shè)計(jì)和創(chuàng)造是一個(gè)技術(shù)與藝術(shù)相結(jié)合的過(guò)程,因此需要使其在符合科學(xué)技術(shù)規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,,發(fā)揮產(chǎn)品的物質(zhì)功能和形式的審美表現(xiàn)力,快速成型技術(shù)應(yīng)用可以滿足其對(duì)投放市場(chǎng)速度的要求。 論文主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、檢測(cè)分析的研究方法。首先以旅游產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)制造過(guò)程為契機(jī)針對(duì)于熔融型沉積(FDM)成型技術(shù)成型質(zhì)量不高的這一主要缺陷,提出提高熔融型沉積成型件表面質(zhì)量的方案,得到提高成型件精度和降低成型件表面粗糙度的方法;隨后基于快速成型技術(shù)對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)品常用形體中的方形結(jié)構(gòu),圓柱形結(jié)構(gòu),圓形結(jié)構(gòu),三角形結(jié)構(gòu),殼體結(jié)構(gòu),框架結(jié)構(gòu),復(fù)雜多邊形結(jié)構(gòu)形體的研究,得出多種形體結(jié)構(gòu)在成型過(guò)程中的規(guī)律和主要誤差解決方案;接著對(duì)成型件的后處理方法,達(dá)到的效果和快速成型提高旅游產(chǎn)品的作用進(jìn)行了深入探討和研究;最終以兩款旅游產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)以及成型實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證快速成型技術(shù)在旅游產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中如何提高設(shè)計(jì)效率的方法。 研究后發(fā)現(xiàn),F(xiàn)DM快速成型原理性臺(tái)階誤差的產(chǎn)生主要是由對(duì)模型的分層厚度、成型件表面法向量與加工平面的夾角和成型件的大小決定的,模型表面的法向量方向與堆積平面的夾角在0~60之間臺(tái)階誤差增大較快,60~90之間臺(tái)階誤差增大趨勢(shì)趨于平緩,在α接近于90時(shí)誤差幾乎不再增大。通過(guò)優(yōu)化分層厚度和加工方向的選擇,可以有效地減小臺(tái)階效應(yīng)對(duì)零件成型表面質(zhì)量的影響?焖俪尚图夹g(shù)在旅游產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,可以根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙制作出的物理模型能夠直觀充分的表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意,進(jìn)行功能測(cè)試、人機(jī)分析、結(jié)構(gòu)裝配檢查和樣機(jī)制作試銷等,與傳統(tǒng)模型加工方法相比可以提高40%~65%的速度,節(jié)省約75%的材料成本。在測(cè)試中通過(guò)后噴涂后處理的成型件表面質(zhì)量可以提高20%~40%?焖俪尚图夹g(shù)的應(yīng)用也能夠促進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)靈感的快速實(shí)現(xiàn),改變旅游產(chǎn)品傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)程序與方法,提高產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)速率及效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, the method of product design has been further improved, the period of product renewal has been shortened greatly, and the speed of product development has become the key to the market competition of products. Traditional machining methods exist in the process of physical model, slow speed, high cost, but also in the forming accuracy and dimensional accuracy and other deficiencies, complex modeling design products can not even be processed and manufactured. This not only reduces the speed of product design and development at the same time the cost of the corresponding high. The rapid prototyping process can quickly and accurately produce complex modeling models and parts, and make up for the shortcomings of traditional methods. It has the advantages of wide range of molding materials, low cost, small volume, no pollution and so on. It has a good prospect in the future rapid prototyping field. It provides a reliable tool for the simulation of product design prototype and speeds up the step of product development and put into the market, but there are still some problems of relatively low molding quality. Tourism product design is a process of combining technology and art because of its rich design content and high requirement of product market speed. Therefore, it is necessary to make it conform to the laws of science and technology. The application of rapid prototyping technology can meet the requirements of the market speed of the products by giving full play to their material functions and the aesthetic expression of their forms. This paper mainly adopts the literature method, the experiment method, the detection and analysis research method. Firstly, aiming at the main defect of the low quality of melt deposition (FDM) forming technology, the paper puts forward a scheme to improve the surface quality of molten deposition forming parts, taking the design and manufacture process of tourism products as the turning point. A method for improving the precision of forming parts and reducing the surface roughness of forming parts is obtained. Then, based on rapid prototyping technology, the research of square structure, cylindrical structure, circular structure, triangle structure, shell structure, frame structure and complex polygon structure in tourism products is carried out. The rules and main error solutions of various shapes and structures in the process of forming are obtained. Then, the post-processing method, the effect of rapid prototyping and the role of rapid prototyping in improving tourism products are discussed and studied. Finally, the research and design of two tourism products and the molding experiment are used to verify the method of how to improve the design efficiency of rapid prototyping technology in tourism product design. It is found that the generation of the FDM step error is mainly determined by the delamination thickness of the model, the angle between the normal vector on the surface of the molded part and the machining plane, and the size of the molded part. The error between normal vector direction and stacking plane on the surface of the model increases rapidly in the range of 0 ~ 60, the increasing trend of the step error between 60 and 90 tends to be gentle, and when 偽 is close to 90, the error almost does not increase. The influence of step effect on the surface quality of parts can be effectively reduced by optimizing the selection of delamination thickness and machining direction. Rapid prototyping technology in the process of tourism product design, according to the design drawings can be made by the physical model can intuitively and fully express the design ideas, functional testing, man-machine analysis, structural assembly inspection and prototype production test sales, etc. Compared with the traditional model processing method, the speed of 40% can be increased by 65%, and the cost of materials can be saved by about 75%. The surface quality of the molded parts can be improved by 20% and 40% respectively. The application of rapid prototyping technology can also promote the rapid realization of design inspiration, change the traditional design procedures and methods of tourism products, and improve the speed and efficiency of product development.
