【摘要】：隨著旅游的不斷發(fā)展和旅游研究的不斷深入,人們逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到社區(qū)以及社區(qū)居民對(duì)旅游發(fā)展的重要作用。社區(qū)是旅游發(fā)展的依托,社區(qū)居民是旅游發(fā)展的主體,以“旅游與社區(qū)的結(jié)合”為基本特征的社區(qū)旅游逐漸被理論界和實(shí)踐界所關(guān)注,被認(rèn)為是實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑。 本研究在相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料分析與總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,從社區(qū)居民的角度出發(fā),從社區(qū)決策參與和社區(qū)利益分享兩個(gè)維度著手初步構(gòu)建了一個(gè)關(guān)于社區(qū)居民參與旅游發(fā)展水平的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并將能夠影響社區(qū)居民參與旅游的意識(shí)和行為等各方面因子納入構(gòu)建了一個(gè)關(guān)于社區(qū)居民參與旅游發(fā)展的影響因素表。通過(guò)實(shí)地考察和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式,得到關(guān)于本研究所需要的資料和數(shù)據(jù)。通過(guò)SPSS18.0軟件分析這些數(shù)據(jù),以此來(lái)檢驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的合理性并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的調(diào)整,在此基礎(chǔ)上評(píng)價(jià)黃陂區(qū)旅游發(fā)展的社區(qū)參與水平和現(xiàn)狀；同時(shí),分析影響黃陂社區(qū)居民參與旅游水平的原因,檢驗(yàn)各因子對(duì)社區(qū)對(duì)居民參與意識(shí)和參與行為的影響程度,為后面的對(duì)策研究提供有效依據(jù)。本研究得出結(jié)論如下：(1)所構(gòu)建的關(guān)與社區(qū)居民參與旅游發(fā)展水平的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系基本通過(guò)分析檢驗(yàn),結(jié)構(gòu)基本合理,具有-定的實(shí)用性,但參與旅游發(fā)展的整體利益分享度需要分成參與旅游發(fā)展的旅游環(huán)境改善度和參與旅游發(fā)展的深厚環(huán)境改善度兩部分；(2)黃陂區(qū)社區(qū)居民參與旅游發(fā)展的總體水平中等,但個(gè)體參與水平差異非常大,整體參與水平仍有很大提升空間；(3)在關(guān)于社區(qū)居民參與旅游發(fā)展的影響因素中,性別、是否本地人、政府出臺(tái)政策法規(guī)、政府角色和社區(qū)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的影響不顯著,其他因子均對(duì)社區(qū)居民參與旅游發(fā)展水平有顯著影響。 研究的最后,在評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和影響因素表的確定以及對(duì)黃陂區(qū)的實(shí)證研究和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了提高黃陂社區(qū)居民參與旅游發(fā)展水平的相關(guān)對(duì)策和建議,并指出了在研究中存在的不足和對(duì)未來(lái)的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of tourism and the deepening of tourism research, people have come to realize the important role of community and community residents in tourism development. The community is the support of the tourism development, the community resident is the main body of the tourism development. The community tourism, which is characterized by the combination of tourism and the community, has been paid more and more attention by the theorists and the practitioners. It is considered to be an effective way to realize the sustainable development of tourism. This study is based on the analysis and summary of relevant literature, from the perspective of community residents, Starting from the two dimensions of community decision-making participation and community benefit sharing, a preliminary evaluation index system of community residents' participation in tourism development level is constructed. And the factors such as consciousness and behavior which can influence community residents' participation in tourism are taken into account to construct a list of factors that affect community residents' participation in tourism development. Through field visits and questionnaires, the information and data needed for this study are obtained. Through the SPSS18.0 software analysis of these data, to test the rationality of the evaluation index system and adjust accordingly, on this basis to evaluate the level and status of community participation in tourism development in Huangpi District; At the same time, the paper analyzes the reasons that affect the level of community residents' participation in tourism, tests the influence of each factor on the community's participation consciousness and behavior, and provides an effective basis for the future countermeasure research. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the evaluation index system of the level of community residents' participation in tourism development is basically reasonable and practical. However, the whole benefit sharing degree of participating in tourism development needs to be divided into two parts: the improvement degree of tourism environment participating in tourism development and the deep environmental improvement degree of participating tourism development. (2) the overall level of community residents participating in tourism development in Huangpi District is moderate, but the level of individual participation is very different, and the overall participation level still has great room for improvement; (3) among the influencing factors of community residents' participation in tourism development, gender, native-born, government policies and regulations, government role and the overall economic development level of the community are not significantly affected. Other factors have significant influence on the level of community residents' participation in tourism development. Finally, on the basis of the determination of evaluation index system and influencing factors table, and the empirical study and analysis of Huangpi District, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of Huangpi community residents' participation in tourism development. It also points out the shortcomings in the research and prospects for the future.
