【摘要】：旅游業(yè)已成為世界上經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中成長最為迅速的產(chǎn)業(yè)。呼倫貝爾市處于少數(shù)民族聚居區(qū),富有濃郁的民族氣息,故而因其資源多樣性、資源的無法替代性及原始的神秘性而成為極富特色的旅游地區(qū)。呼倫貝爾市旅游業(yè)不僅具有投入少、效益好的特點,而且?guī)恿水數(shù)亟?jīng)濟的發(fā)展,增加了就業(yè)機會。但是,呼倫貝爾的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展與發(fā)達地區(qū)比較還存在著較大差距,由于當?shù)亟煌▍^(qū)位優(yōu)勢不明顯、經(jīng)營管理水平有待提高等諸多原因,致使旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與當?shù)刎S富的旅游資源不相匹配,旅游業(yè)對當?shù)谿DP增長的影響尚不明顯。因此,如何使剛剛起步民族旅游業(yè)實現(xiàn)高水平的發(fā)展,如何實現(xiàn)旅游業(yè)與當?shù)亟?jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展是擺在當?shù)卣媲暗闹匾n題。本論文試圖通過對內(nèi)蒙古呼倫貝爾市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究探尋呼倫貝爾市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思路和策略。 本論文共分為五個部分：第一章,在緒論部分提出了研究的背景和意義以及研究的方法和路徑；第二章,對呼倫貝爾市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷史進行的分析,介紹了內(nèi)蒙古旅游業(yè)發(fā)展總體概況,并分析了呼倫貝爾市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展概況；第三章,通過對呼倫貝爾市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的SWOT分析,對呼倫貝爾市旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展機會和威脅有利更加客觀的認識；第四章,針對呼倫貝爾市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,提出呼倫貝爾市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思路,明確總體思路,當?shù)芈糜螛I(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略愿景及戰(zhàn)略核心；第五章,提出了促進呼倫貝爾市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策及建議；第六章,是本論文的結(jié)論部分。希望通過本論文的研究為呼倫貝爾旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展起到積極作用,同時,能對內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一些借鑒和思考。
[Abstract]:Tourism has become the fastest growing industry in the world. The city of Hulunbeir is a tourist area with rich characteristics because of its diversity of resources, irreplaceable resources and primitive mystery. The tourism industry of Hulunbeir not only has the characteristics of low investment and good benefit, but also promotes the development of local economy and increases employment opportunities. However, there is still a big gap between the tourism development of Hulunbeir and the developed regions. Because the local transportation location advantages are not obvious, the level of operation and management needs to be improved. As a result, the present situation of tourism development does not match with the rich tourism resources, and the impact of tourism on the local GDP growth is not obvious. Therefore, how to realize the high level development of national tourism and how to realize the sustainable development of tourism and local economy is an important subject facing the local government. This paper attempts to explore the strategic thinking and strategy of Hulunbeir tourism industry development strategy through the research of Hulunbeir tourism industry development strategy in Inner Mongolia. This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter, in the introduction part of the research background and significance, research methods and paths; The second chapter analyzes the development history of tourism industry in Hulunbeir, introduces the general situation of tourism development in Inner Mongolia, and analyzes the general situation of tourism industry development in Hulunbeir. The third chapter, through the SWOT analysis of the development of tourism industry in Hulunbeir, the author has a more objective understanding of the development opportunities and threats of tourism in Hulunbeir. The fourth chapter, aiming at the problems existing in the development of tourism industry in Hulunbeir, puts forward the strategic thinking of the development of tourism industry in Hulunbeir, clarifies the overall idea, the strategic vision and the strategic core of the development of local tourism; In the fifth chapter, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of tourism industry in Hulunbeir, and the sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper. It is hoped that the research in this paper will play a positive role in the development of tourism in Hulunbeir, and at the same time, it can provide some reference and reflection for the development of tourism in Inner Mongolia.
