【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，生活水平的提高和消費(fèi)觀念的改變，人們的生活方式也發(fā)生改變。在滿足物質(zhì)需求的同時(shí)，人們越來越崇尚休閑的、健康的生活方式，對旅游的需求也越來越強(qiáng)烈，傳統(tǒng)的旅游方式已經(jīng)不能滿足于人們?nèi)找媾蛎浀男枰�，體育旅游以其能帶給游客深刻體驗(yàn)的特點(diǎn)而深受人們的青睞。體育旅游已逐漸成為時(shí)尚，得到世界各國的重視。2001年2月22-23日，由世界旅游組織和國際奧委會(huì)聯(lián)合主辦的“世界體育與旅游大會(huì)”在西班牙的巴塞羅那市召開，體育旅游成為繼生態(tài)旅游后又一旅游界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。 河南省自然和人文旅游資源豐富，發(fā)展條件得天獨(dú)厚。近幾年來，“焦作現(xiàn)象”、“欒川模式”、“西峽經(jīng)驗(yàn)”等成功范例的出現(xiàn)，以及眾多旅游精品的打造，給體育旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了資源基礎(chǔ)和成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。尤其是，北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)和廣州亞運(yùn)會(huì)成功舉辦后，體育精神潛移默化地影響了人們的價(jià)值觀和生活理念，人們對健康有了更新的詮釋和體會(huì)，這為河南省發(fā)展體育旅游業(yè)提供了良好的契機(jī)和人文氛圍。體育健身旅游成為人們所追求的旅游方式之一。河南省借此時(shí)機(jī)，大力發(fā)展體育旅游，，豐富旅游形態(tài)，為實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 本文首先闡述了體育旅游資源評價(jià)的研究背景和意義，理清研究思路和內(nèi)容，確定研究方法和技術(shù)路線，然后通過對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于體育旅游、旅游資源評價(jià)、體育旅游資源評價(jià)和旅游資源整合開發(fā)等方面的研究成果進(jìn)行梳理，了解國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展，并引入體育旅游、體育旅游資源和旅游資源整合等基本概念，對體育旅游相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論如共生理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、旅游地生命周期理論和“鉆石理論”進(jìn)行了闡述。以河南省體育旅游資源為研究對象，通過對河南省概況、體育旅游資源分類及開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀的了解，并以此為基礎(chǔ)，綜合前人相關(guān)研究成果和體育旅游的特點(diǎn)，征詢體育界、旅游界專家的意見和建議，選取合適的指標(biāo)構(gòu)建體育旅游資源評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，建立評價(jià)模型，采用層次分析法和模糊數(shù)學(xué)法，通過定性與定量相結(jié)合的手段，對河南省體育旅游資源進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)，旨在為研究體育旅游提供理論依據(jù)。從評價(jià)結(jié)果可以看出，河南省體育旅游資源綜合評價(jià)得分為7.4436，是三級體育旅游資源，屬于優(yōu)良等級。通過對評價(jià)結(jié)果分析和ASEB柵格分析，提出河南省體育旅游整合開發(fā)策略：整合空間布局，深度開發(fā)體育旅游資源；整合體育旅游產(chǎn)品，打造知名品牌；整合旅游地形象，提升區(qū)域競爭力；整合基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，完善旅游地服務(wù)體系；整合政府調(diào)控機(jī)制，促進(jìn)體育旅游區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the improvement of living standard and the change of consumption concept, people's way of life has also changed. At the same time of satisfying material needs, people are advocating more and more leisure and healthy way of life, and the demand for tourism is becoming more and more intense. The traditional way of tourism can no longer meet the increasing needs of people. Sports tourism is favored by people because of its deep experience. Sports tourism has gradually become a fashion and has attracted the attention of all countries in the world. From February 22-23, 2001, the World Sports and Tourism Congress, jointly sponsored by the World Tourism Organization and the International Olympic Committee, was held in Barcelona, Spain. Sports tourism has become the focus of attention after ecological tourism. Henan Province is rich in natural and humanistic tourism resources and unique development conditions. In recent years, the emergence of successful examples such as "Jiaozuo phenomenon", "Luanchuan Model", "Xixia experience" and so on, as well as the creation of numerous tourism boutique products, have provided a resource base and successful experience for the development of sports tourism. In particular, after the successful holding of the Beijing Olympic Games and the Guangzhou Asian Games, the spirit of sports has imperceptibly affected people's values and life concepts, and people have a new interpretation and understanding of health. This provides a good opportunity and humanistic atmosphere for the development of sports tourism in Henan Province. Sports fitness tourism has become one of the tourist ways that people pursue. Henan Province takes this opportunity to vigorously develop sports tourism, enrich tourism forms, and lay a foundation for the sustainable development of tourism industry. This paper first expounds the research background and significance of sports tourism resources evaluation, clarifies the research ideas and contents, determines the research methods and technical routes, and then evaluates the sports tourism and tourism resources at home and abroad. The research results of sports tourism resources evaluation and tourism resources integration and development are combed in order to understand the relevant research progress at home and abroad, and to introduce the basic concepts of sports tourism, sports tourism resources and tourism resources integration, etc. The basic theories of sports tourism, such as symbiotic theory, sustainable development theory, tourism destination life cycle theory and diamond theory, are expounded. Taking the sports tourism resources of Henan Province as the research object, through the understanding of the general situation of Henan Province, the classification of sports tourism resources and the current situation of development, and on the basis of this, synthesizing the related research results of predecessors and the characteristics of sports tourism, the author consulted the sports circles. The opinion and suggestion of experts in tourism industry, select suitable indexes to construct evaluation index system of sports tourism resources, establish evaluation model, adopt analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics method, and combine qualitative and quantitative methods. The comprehensive evaluation of sports tourism resources in Henan Province is intended to provide theoretical basis for the study of sports tourism. It can be seen from the evaluation results that the comprehensive evaluation score of sports tourism resources in Henan Province is 7.4436, which is a three-level sports tourism resource and belongs to a good grade. Through the analysis of the evaluation results and the ASEB grid analysis, this paper puts forward the integrated development strategies of sports tourism in Henan Province: integrating space layout, developing sports tourism resources in depth, integrating sports tourism products and building famous brands; Integrate the image of tourist destination, promote regional competitiveness; integrate infrastructure, perfect tourism destination service system; integrate government regulation mechanism to promote the coordinated development of sports tourism region.
