CBE背景下的旅游高職實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系的研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展使旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)也取得了令人驚奇的成績(jī),其產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的背景下不斷擴(kuò)張,所以從業(yè)人員的需求量也在不斷地提高。同時(shí),旅游者的旅游需求特點(diǎn)也在旅游業(yè)發(fā)展變化中悄然發(fā)生著改變,希望自己購(gòu)買的旅游產(chǎn)品不僅僅是觀光型旅游產(chǎn)品,而更多地是在旅游的過程中體驗(yàn)不同的經(jīng)歷。這樣以來(lái),對(duì)于旅游服務(wù)人員的要求也就越來(lái)越高,需要他們具備更好的服務(wù)意識(shí)和更高的服務(wù)技能,才能促使旅游者有更美的旅游經(jīng)歷。在這樣的背景之下,旅游高職教育就擔(dān)當(dāng)了更為重要的角色,旅游高職教育的主要目標(biāo)就是培養(yǎng)行業(yè)的一線人員以及中層管理者,而旅游高職教育為了更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),就必須轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式,建立以能力為導(dǎo)向的教學(xué)模式,而建立能力為導(dǎo)向的教學(xué)模式的關(guān)鍵就在于構(gòu)建合理有效的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,因此,我的論文就是圍繞這樣一個(gè)主題進(jìn)行探討,從而不斷探索如何構(gòu)建符合中國(guó)旅游高職教育特色的實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)。 在論文的最開始我首先介紹了構(gòu)建實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系的理論基礎(chǔ)——全面質(zhì)量管理理論,通過對(duì)全面質(zhì)量管理理論的學(xué)習(xí)與研究,拓寬了實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理的范疇,并且指出了應(yīng)在整個(gè)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中重視實(shí)踐教學(xué)效果的提高,實(shí)踐教學(xué)質(zhì)量的保證,也就是說實(shí)踐教學(xué)質(zhì)量的管理具有全過程性。同時(shí),該體系的構(gòu)建是建立在能力為導(dǎo)向的教學(xué)模式的基礎(chǔ)之上的,因此,調(diào)查旅游行業(yè)對(duì)于從業(yè)人員的素質(zhì)要求和能力要求成為了制定實(shí)踐教學(xué)目標(biāo)的依據(jù),在這樣的思想指導(dǎo)下我將旅游行業(yè)分成了旅行社、酒店、景區(qū)三大部分并進(jìn)行了深入的研究,最終明確了旅游服務(wù)人員的素質(zhì)和能力要求到底是什么。在以上工作的基礎(chǔ)之上構(gòu)建了教學(xué)計(jì)劃、教學(xué)實(shí)施、教學(xué)檢查以及教學(xué)總結(jié)的工作流程即實(shí)踐教學(xué)的PDCA循環(huán)體系。 在整個(gè)論文的寫作過程中我通過綜合運(yùn)用了科學(xué)、合理的研究方法獲得了自己需要的資料和數(shù)據(jù),從而充實(shí)了論文的論據(jù),增加了論文研究成果的可行性。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)就是將PDCA循環(huán)工作程序引入到實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系中,構(gòu)建符合中國(guó)旅游高職教育特色的實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)。 我的論文主要五個(gè)部分組成: 第一部分:主要介紹了該題目研究的背景、意義和目的以及研究的思路與方法; 第二部分:主要講述了如何構(gòu)建高職旅游教學(xué)中的實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)的理論依據(jù)和背 第三部分:主要調(diào)查了旅游行業(yè)對(duì)于從業(yè)人員的素質(zhì)和能力要求,使其成為制定旅游高職教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的依據(jù); 第四部分:這一部分是論文的主要部分,主要闡述了如何將PDCA工作程序引進(jìn)實(shí)踐教學(xué)系統(tǒng)中即構(gòu)建PDCA實(shí)踐循環(huán)系統(tǒng); 第五部分:該部分主要是結(jié)論部分,主要指出了論文中的不足之處,在今后的學(xué)習(xí)和研究中,我會(huì)繼續(xù)將其完善。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the tourism industry has made amazing achievements, and its industrial scale is expanding constantly under the background of the rapid development of Chinese economy, so the demand of employees is also increasing. At the same time, the characteristics of tourists' tourism demand are changing quietly in the process of tourism development, hoping that the tourism products they buy are not only sightseeing tourism products, but also experience different experiences in the process of tourism. In this way, the demand for tourism service personnel is higher and higher, they need to have better service awareness and higher service skills, in order to promote tourists to have more beautiful travel experience. Under this background, tourism higher vocational education plays a more important role. The main goal of tourism higher vocational education is to train front-line personnel and middle managers, and tourism higher vocational education aims to achieve this goal better. It is necessary to change the traditional teaching mode and establish the capability-oriented teaching model. The key to the establishment of the capability-oriented teaching model lies in the construction of a reasonable and effective practical teaching system. My thesis is to discuss such a theme, so as to explore how to build a practical teaching system in line with the characteristics of higher vocational education in tourism in China. At the beginning of the thesis, I first introduce the theoretical foundation of constructing the practical teaching system-TQM theory. By studying and researching the TQM theory, I widen the scope of practical teaching management. It also points out that we should pay attention to the improvement of practice teaching effect and the guarantee of practice teaching quality in the whole teaching link, that is to say, the management of practice teaching quality has the whole process. At the same time, the construction of the system is based on the competence-oriented teaching model. Therefore, the investigation of the quality and ability requirements of the tourism industry has become the basis for the formulation of practical teaching goals. Under the guidance of this idea, I divided the tourism industry into three parts: travel agency, hotel, scenic area, and made a deep study, finally made clear the quality and ability requirements of tourism service personnel. On the basis of the above work, the work flow of teaching plan, teaching implementation, teaching inspection and teaching summary is constructed, that is, the PDCA cycle system of practice teaching. In the whole writing process of the thesis, I have obtained the data and data that I need through the comprehensive use of science and reasonable research methods, so as to enrich the argument of the paper and increase the feasibility of the research results of the paper. The innovation of this paper is to introduce the PDCA cycle work program into the practical teaching system, and to construct a practical teaching system that conforms to the characteristics of higher vocational education in tourism in China. My thesis is composed of five parts: the first part: mainly introduces the background, significance and purpose of the research on the topic, as well as the ideas and methods of the research; The second part: mainly narrates how to construct the theory basis and the third part of the practice teaching system in the tourism teaching of higher vocational education: mainly investigates the tourism profession to the profession the quality and the ability request, The fourth part: this part is the main part of the paper. This paper mainly expounds how to introduce the PDCA working procedure into the practice teaching system, that is, to construct the PDCA practice circulatory system. The fifth part: this part is mainly the conclusion part, which mainly points out the deficiency of the paper. In the future study and research, I will continue to improve it.
