樂陶公益旅游企業(yè)的發(fā)展困境與對策研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們對于社會問題的解決越來越迫切。傳統(tǒng)的公益組織因為其資金來源主要是捐款,如果遇上經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)或者慈善組織財務(wù)不透明產(chǎn)生的信任危機(jī),會使捐款急劇下降,從而影響到社會問題的解決。傳統(tǒng)的商業(yè)企業(yè)雖然也有企業(yè)社會責(zé)任,但不是以解決社會問題為主要任務(wù)。因此,用商業(yè)運(yùn)營模式來解決社會問題的社會企業(yè)越來越受到國內(nèi)外的關(guān)注。 本文在分析國內(nèi)外社會企業(yè)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對樂陶公益旅游企業(yè)探究及其發(fā)展概況與現(xiàn)狀的介紹,,得出“樂陶公益旅游”這一社會企業(yè)模式的發(fā)展不同于慈善組織與商業(yè)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營規(guī)律在于:社會企業(yè)雖然也是一類生意,但其最終目的不是股東利益最大化,而是為了解決社會問題。他在實際運(yùn)營中主要是以社會人士的愛心作為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),因此社會企業(yè)在運(yùn)營中要像慈善組織一樣做到財務(wù)透明化才能贏得公眾的信任,從而實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的持續(xù)經(jīng)營,最終才能解決社會問題。研究分析發(fā)展面臨的環(huán)境主要有人們越來越認(rèn)可公益旅游這種方式,并且首先選擇的組織方為公益組織或者社會企業(yè),提出作為社會企業(yè)首先是要讓公眾認(rèn)可,有公信力,進(jìn)而認(rèn)可社會企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式,然后購買其業(yè)務(wù),這是社會企業(yè)的整體戰(zhàn)略思路;其次社會企業(yè)在競爭戰(zhàn)略選擇上,因為社會企業(yè)所針對的群體都較為集中,所要解決的社會問題也較為清晰,因此適宜采用的是集中化戰(zhàn)略,集中一點做好產(chǎn)品和服務(wù);再次社會企業(yè)在職能戰(zhàn)略上主要是要關(guān)注人才戰(zhàn)略,要把志愿者和捐贈者當(dāng)成社會企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)者以及人才進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)培養(yǎng),并且要用高薪和體現(xiàn)社會價值這兩方面來吸引專業(yè)專職的人才作為社會企業(yè)的日常運(yùn)營,才能保證社會企業(yè)取得成功;同時在執(zhí)行財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的時候,要把純支出的公益慈善項目以及商業(yè)盈利項目有機(jī)結(jié)合起來,形成一個商業(yè)循環(huán),才能確保整個組織的盈利等政策建議。研究以期對中國社會企業(yè)的實際運(yùn)營能起到一定的研究借鑒和實踐引導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, it is more and more urgent to solve the social problems. Traditional public welfare organizations are mainly funded by donations. If they encounter economic crisis or trust crisis caused by financial opacity of charitable organizations, donations will drop sharply, which will affect the solution of social problems. Although traditional commercial enterprises also have corporate social responsibility, but not to solve social problems as the main task. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the social enterprises which solve the social problems by the business operation mode. On the basis of analyzing the research results of social enterprises at home and abroad, this paper introduces the exploration, development and current situation of Letao public tourism enterprises. It is concluded that the development of the social enterprise model is different from that of charitable organizations and commercial enterprises in that: although social enterprises are also a kind of business, their ultimate purpose is not to maximize the interests of shareholders. It's about solving social problems. In actual operation, he mainly designs products and services on the basis of the love of the community. Therefore, social enterprises should be as transparent as charitable organizations in order to win the trust of the public and thus realize the continuous operation of the enterprise. Finally, social problems can be solved. The research and analysis of the environment facing the development mainly include people's increasing recognition of the way of public welfare tourism, and the first choice of organizations is public welfare organizations or social enterprises. It is proposed that as social enterprises, the first thing to do is to make the public recognize and have credibility. It is the overall strategic thinking of social enterprises to recognize the business model of social enterprises and then buy their businesses. Secondly, social enterprises choose their competitive strategy because the groups targeted by social enterprises are more concentrated. The social problems to be solved are also relatively clear. Therefore, it is appropriate to adopt a centralized strategy to concentrate on products and services. Again, social enterprises should focus on the talent strategy in their function strategy. Volunteers and donors should be treated as producers and talents of social enterprises, and high salaries and social values should be used to attract professional and full-time talents as the daily operation of social enterprises. In order to ensure the success of social enterprises, at the same time, when implementing the financial strategy, we should organically combine the pure public welfare and charitable projects with the commercial profitable projects to form a business cycle. To ensure the organization's profitability and other policy recommendations. The research is expected to play a role of reference and practice guidance for the actual operation of Chinese social enterprises.
