風(fēng)景區(qū)旅游門戶網(wǎng)站的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:目前旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)成為了我國(guó)拉動(dòng)GDP增長(zhǎng)的重要產(chǎn)業(yè),據(jù)官方估計(jì),在未來(lái)的10年中,我國(guó)旅游業(yè)將保持在年均百分之十的增長(zhǎng)速度。這其中包括了增速為9.8%個(gè)人旅游消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)和增速為10.9%的企事業(yè)單位旅游的增長(zhǎng)。到2020年,我國(guó)就會(huì)成為世界第一旅游目的國(guó)和第四大游客輸出國(guó)。 由于計(jì)算機(jī)、通訊手段、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電子交易與傳統(tǒng)旅游業(yè)務(wù)的進(jìn)一步結(jié)合,我國(guó)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展迎來(lái)了新的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇。以電子商務(wù)為代表的網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)極大地?cái)U(kuò)大了旅游產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)需求,改變了旅游業(yè)的運(yùn)作方式,提供了旅游者和服務(wù)產(chǎn)品提供商直接進(jìn)行交易的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式。進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)旅游業(yè)從世界旅游大國(guó)向世界旅游強(qiáng)國(guó)跨越的宏偉奮斗目標(biāo)。 我國(guó)的旅游門戶網(wǎng)站出現(xiàn)相對(duì)較晚,直到上世紀(jì)九十年代中期才開始出現(xiàn)了比較正規(guī)的旅游網(wǎng)站。而在這之前,旅游景點(diǎn)信息只存在于網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)商的網(wǎng)站中,而且信息量極為有限,加之這些信息都是由非專業(yè)人士通過(guò)多種渠道搜集到的資料加以整理獲得的,因此,這些網(wǎng)站并沒(méi)有發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的作用,根本無(wú)法滿足人們的需求?上驳氖,近幾年來(lái)(特別是從新世紀(jì)開始),旅游門戶網(wǎng)站建站勢(shì)頭迅猛。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),目前我國(guó)已擁有5000余家旅游網(wǎng)站,這些網(wǎng)站已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模,內(nèi)容翔實(shí)全面,可以系統(tǒng)地介紹相關(guān)景區(qū)的旅游六要素(吃、住、行、游、娛、購(gòu))信息。這里我們將我國(guó)現(xiàn)存的旅游門戶網(wǎng)站分為以下幾類: (1)政府背景類網(wǎng)站。 (2)商業(yè)旅游網(wǎng)站。 (3)企業(yè)自建網(wǎng)站。 (4)旅游專題門戶網(wǎng)站。 綜上所述,這四種網(wǎng)站的運(yùn)營(yíng)側(cè)重點(diǎn)是完全不同、互補(bǔ)的。都在從不同的角度發(fā)揮著作用,為旅游景點(diǎn)的形象宣傳、旅游產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)的提升做了應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。我們也注意到,旅游門戶網(wǎng)站除了改變了傳統(tǒng)旅游行業(yè)的推廣宣傳方法,同時(shí)還可以發(fā)揚(yáng)創(chuàng)新精神,帶動(dòng)地區(qū)文化,為地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出有效的貢獻(xiàn)。網(wǎng)站建成后將宣傳推介景區(qū),按照食、住、行、游、購(gòu)、娛旅游6要素,設(shè)置旅游景點(diǎn)、門票價(jià)格、特色餐飲、風(fēng)光欣賞、交通路線圖、旅游小貼士、賓館等欄目,并結(jié)合開發(fā)區(qū)旅游局管理職能設(shè)置網(wǎng)上投訴、旅游新聞、旅游推介、旅游法規(guī)等。網(wǎng)站建成后將帶來(lái)巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)效益,其中包括。 1.有益于樹立景區(qū)旅游形象,提高景區(qū)的知名度 作為新時(shí)代產(chǎn)物的互聯(lián)網(wǎng),其特點(diǎn)就是可以跨越時(shí)空,讓人們能在第一時(shí)間接觸到自己感興趣的信息。用戶可以跨越時(shí)空了解到景區(qū)的詳細(xì)情況。利用多媒體技術(shù),,用戶可以很直觀的感受到的神奇與美麗,欣賞到景區(qū)內(nèi)特有的景色,領(lǐng)略其獨(dú)特的文化,知曉土特產(chǎn)信息等。提升景區(qū)在人們心中的旅游形象,提高景區(qū)的知名度。 2.有利于拓展景區(qū)相關(guān)企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷渠道,擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng),提高營(yíng)銷效率 景區(qū)內(nèi)的企業(yè)可以通過(guò)門戶網(wǎng)站展開網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷。首先,網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷作為傳統(tǒng)營(yíng)銷的補(bǔ)充;其次,網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷可以拓展新的空間,增加銷售渠道,接觸更大的消費(fèi)群體,獲得更多的新顧客,擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng);再次,網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷可以降低成本,節(jié)約資源,提高營(yíng)銷效率。 3.有利于景區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)的持續(xù)、和諧發(fā)展 景區(qū)門戶網(wǎng)站會(huì)使前來(lái)旅游的人對(duì)整個(gè)旅游區(qū)有個(gè)整體的認(rèn)識(shí)。網(wǎng)站中推薦的特色飲食、游樂(lè)項(xiàng)目以及賓館等都會(huì)使旅游充滿著憧憬。旅游者購(gòu)買網(wǎng)站展出的商品與服務(wù)的概率大大增加。這一定會(huì)帶動(dòng)景區(qū)內(nèi)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)、和諧發(fā)展。 4.使旅游者的旅程更便捷、現(xiàn)代化。 旅游者可以根據(jù)門戶網(wǎng)站可以預(yù)知景區(qū)內(nèi)相關(guān)旅游項(xiàng)目,提前制定好行車線路,預(yù)訂賓館住宿。等來(lái)到景區(qū)發(fā)時(shí),可以按事先制定好的計(jì)劃進(jìn)行游覽,節(jié)省了寶貴的旅游時(shí)間,并節(jié)約了旅游者的一部分費(fèi)用,使旅游者與景區(qū)獲得雙贏,從而提高相關(guān)旅游部門管理水平,增強(qiáng)地方旅游業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 于是,在此背景之下國(guó)內(nèi)外的旅游企業(yè)紛紛開始建設(shè)自己的旅游門戶網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)。各地風(fēng)景區(qū)管理委員會(huì)在各級(jí)黨委、政府及相關(guān)部門的大力支持下確立了建設(shè)門戶網(wǎng)站的思想。依據(jù)《關(guān)于做好2008年國(guó)家級(jí)風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)監(jiān)管信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)暨推進(jìn)數(shù)字化景區(qū)試點(diǎn)工作的通知(建辦城函[2008]116號(hào))》中的工作精神,從而能夠集中有效資源,改善旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量,更快更好地為客戶提供能滿足其個(gè)性化需求的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),力爭(zhēng)在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得一定的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 論文的主要工作包括以下幾個(gè)方面: 1)闡明了旅游門戶網(wǎng)站的立項(xiàng)背景、實(shí)際意義和國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài); 2)從經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)層面分析了網(wǎng)站建設(shè)的可行性問(wèn)題,并認(rèn)真研究了網(wǎng)站的潛在用戶,及功能需求問(wèn)題。 3)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計(jì),給出了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案、實(shí)現(xiàn)步驟; 4)介紹了系統(tǒng)安全保障系統(tǒng),分別從從應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、安全管理制度、安全基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)安全四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行 5)最后,通過(guò)前期的需求分析,給出了景區(qū)門戶網(wǎng)站的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。 目前,系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀況穩(wěn)定,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。
[Abstract]:Tourism has become an important industry in China to pull GDP growth . According to the official estimate , in the next 10 years , China ' s tourism industry will maintain a growth rate of 10 per cent annually . This includes growth of 9.8 per cent of individual tourism consumption growth and growth of 10.9 per cent of business unit tourism . By 2020 , my country will become the world ' s first tourist destination and the fourth largest tourist exporter .

With the further integration of computer , communication means , Internet electronic transaction and traditional tourism business , the development of tourism in China is facing new challenges and opportunities .

China ' s tourism portal site is relatively late , until the mid - 1990s began to show a more formal tourism website . But before this , the tourist attraction information only exists in the web service provider ' s website , and the amount of information is very limited . Therefore , these websites do not play its due role , so it can not meet the needs of people .

( 1 ) Government Background Class website .

( 2 ) Commercial tourism website .

( 3 ) The enterprise self - building website .

( 4 ) Tourism theme portal .

In conclusion , the operational focus of the four websites is entirely different and complementary . It has played a role in the promotion of the image and the quality of tourism products from different angles . We also note that in addition to changing the promotion and promotion methods of the traditional tourism industry , the tourism portal can promote the innovation spirit and drive the regional culture to make an effective contribution to the development of the region .

1 . It is beneficial to establish the tourist image of the scenic spot and improve the visibility of the scenic spot

As the product of the new era , it is characterized by that it can span the space - time so that people can contact the information of interest in the first time . The user can know the details of the scenic spot through time and space . With the multimedia technology , the user can feel the magic and the beauty of the scenic spot , appreciate the unique scenery in the scenic spot , appreciate the unique culture , know the information of the local specialty , etc . , improve the tourist image of the scenic spot in the people ' s mind , and improve the awareness of the scenic spot .

2 . It is beneficial to expand the marketing channels of the relevant enterprises in the scenic spot , expand the market and improve the marketing efficiency

3 . It is beneficial to the sustainable and harmonious development of the service industry in the scenic spot

The site portal will make a whole understanding of the whole tourist area . The special diet , recreation program and hotels recommended by the website will make tourism full of longing . The probability of the goods and services displayed on the website of tourists is greatly increased . This will lead to the sustained and harmonious development of the relevant industries in the scenic spot .

4 . Make the journey of tourists more convenient and modern .

The tourists can pre - establish the relevant tourism projects within the scenic spot according to the portal site , establish the service lines in advance , reserve hotel accommodation , etc . When visiting the scenic spot , the tourists can visit the scenic spots in advance , save valuable travel time , and save a part of the expenses of the tourists , so as to improve the management level of the relevant tourism departments and enhance the competitiveness of local tourism .

Therefore , in this context , domestic and foreign tourist enterprises are beginning to build their own tourism portal system . The management committee of local scenic spots has established the thought of constructing the portal site under the strong support of the Party committees , the government and the relevant departments of the various levels . According to the work spirit of the Circular on the construction of the supervision information system of the national scenic spots in 2008 and the promotion of the pilot work of the digital scenic spot , this article can focus on the effective resources , improve the service quality of the tourism , and provide the customers with the high - quality service that can meet their individualized needs , and strive to obtain certain competitive advantages in the fierce market competition .

The main work of the thesis includes the following aspects :

1 ) To clarify the background , actual meaning and development of the tourism portal ;


2 ) The feasibility problem of website construction is analyzed from the economic and technical level , and the potential users and functional requirements of the website are studied seriously .

3 ) analyzing and designing the system , giving the overall design scheme of the system and realizing the steps ;


4 ) The system safety guarantee system is introduced , from four aspects : application standard , safety management system , security infrastructure and application system safety .

5 ) Finally , through the demand analysis of the earlier stage , the design and implementation plan of the portal site of the scenic spot is given .

At present , the operating conditions of the system are stable , and the expected effect is achieved .
