【摘要】：城市健康運(yùn)動(dòng)公園是20世紀(jì)90年代在國際上出現(xiàn)的嶄新概念,現(xiàn)已風(fēng)行歐美和日韓,成為評(píng)判一個(gè)城市居住環(huán)境,生活質(zhì)量,形象品位的重要標(biāo)志。目前,甘肅省正在創(chuàng)建華夏文明傳承創(chuàng)新區(qū)和努力打造“中國西部游,出發(fā)在蘭州”的旅游文化品牌,因此,在甘肅長城電工集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司位于蘭州市城關(guān)區(qū)北山的林場內(nèi),建設(shè)“蘭州市山地自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)主題公園”項(xiàng)目,完全符合省市政府提出的發(fā)展理念。以自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)做主題,向公眾傳遞的是低碳、環(huán)保、健康的生活理念。通過林場公園運(yùn)作,進(jìn)一步帶動(dòng)和提升人們低碳出行、健康出行意識(shí),在更高層面上號(hào)召國民重新回歸依靠自行車出行,減少機(jī)動(dòng)車輛使用。 本論文以甘肅長城電工集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司位于蘭州市城關(guān)區(qū)北山林場作為研究對(duì)象,通過商業(yè)計(jì)劃書的形式,策劃研究林場開發(fā)利用問題,目的就是最終使“蘭州市山地自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)主題公園”既能夠娛樂大眾,又能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)豐厚的盈利。同時(shí),也使“主題公園”項(xiàng)目具有可持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力。林場公園項(xiàng)目整體功能商業(yè)策劃,突出了以大眾文化為內(nèi)涵,以自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)為主題,以全民健身為目的,以綜合效益為目標(biāo)的策劃設(shè)計(jì)理念。 論文分為四個(gè)部分,從項(xiàng)目的基本情況出發(fā)介紹了選題的背景和意義；從項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的內(nèi)外部條件和項(xiàng)目競爭性分析,提出了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)及管理模式選擇；從項(xiàng)目總體建設(shè)內(nèi)容和規(guī)模,提出了項(xiàng)目整體功能規(guī)劃方案；從項(xiàng)目收益渠道和營銷策略分析,提出了項(xiàng)目盈利能力預(yù)測和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。最后,對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),得出本項(xiàng)目投資具有可行性的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Urban health sports park is a new concept that appeared in the world in the 1990s. It has become popular in Europe, America and Japan and South Korea. It has become an important symbol to judge a city's living environment, quality of life and image grade. At present, Gansu Province is establishing the Chinese civilization inheritance and innovation area and striving to build the tourism culture brand of "China West Tour, starting in Lanzhou". Therefore, In the forest farm of Beishan, Chengguan District, Lanzhou City, Gansu the Great Wall Electrical Engineering Group Co., Ltd., the project of "theme park of mountain cycling in Lanzhou City" is completely in line with the development idea put forward by the provincial and municipal governments. Bicycle sports as the theme, to the public is low carbon, environmental protection, healthy life philosophy. Through the operation of forest farm parks, we can further promote and enhance people's low carbon travel, healthy travel awareness, call on people to return to bicycle travel at a higher level, and reduce the use of motor vehicles. This paper takes Beishan Forest Farm in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City as the research object, and plans to study the development and utilization of forest farm through the form of commercial plan. The aim is to make Lanzhou Mountain Bike theme Park both entertaining and profitable. At the same time, the theme park project has the ability of sustainable development. The whole function commercial planning of forest park project has highlighted the planning and design idea which takes the popular culture as the connotation, the bicycle movement as the theme, the national fitness as the goal, and the comprehensive benefit as the goal. The paper is divided into four parts. It introduces the background and significance of the topic from the basic situation of the project, and puts forward the choice of the project construction and management mode from the internal and external conditions of the project construction and the competitive analysis of the project. From the overall construction content and scale of the project, this paper puts forward the overall function planning scheme of the project, and puts forward the forecast of the project profitability and the risk analysis from the analysis of the project revenue channel and the marketing strategy. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of the whole project, the conclusion that the project investment is feasible.
