【摘要】：我國當(dāng)前國民經(jīng)濟運行緩中企穩(wěn),經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展穩(wěn)中有進,各項產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展健康有序,高新技術(shù)和新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?jié)摿Σ粩啾煌诰蚝吞嵘?整個國民經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化力度不斷加強。包括游艇旅游在內(nèi)的游艇產(chǎn)業(yè)是近些年來興起的一項新興產(chǎn)業(yè),由于其特殊的地理環(huán)境要求近幾年來逐漸被我國眾多的濱水和港口城市所重視并著力扶持發(fā)展。我國游艇產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開政府的推動和支持,但隨著該產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國的迅速發(fā)展和各相關(guān)地區(qū)的跟進,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的一些深層次矛盾也隨之而來。而政府作為其中重要的主體到底應(yīng)該在當(dāng)前及未來我國游艇產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中扮演怎樣的角色、發(fā)揮怎樣的功能、起到怎樣的作用和影響則至關(guān)重要,本文以“廈門市游艇產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的政府角色分析”為命題方向和切入點,以政府角色等基礎(chǔ)理論作為指導(dǎo),選取我國游艇產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的典型地區(qū)廈門市作為實證研究對象,討論和研究了政府角色定位在地方游艇產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的系列問題,具有重要的理論研究意義和實踐參考價值。
[Abstract]:At present, the national economy of our country is running slowly and stabilizing, the economic and social development is progressing steadily, the development of various industries is healthy and orderly, and the development potential of new and high technology and emerging industries are constantly being exploited and promoted. The restructuring and optimization of the entire national economy has been continuously strengthened. Yacht industry, including yacht tourism, is a rising industry in recent years. It has been paid more and more attention to by many waterfront and port cities in our country in recent years because of its special geographical environment requirements. The development of yacht industry in China can not be separated from the promotion and support of the government. However, with the rapid development of the industry in China and the follow-up of the relevant regions, some deep-seated contradictions in the process of industrial development also follow. What role should the government play in the current and future development of China's yacht industry, what kind of functions should be played, and what kind of role and influence should be played by the government as one of the most important subjects among them? This paper takes "the Government role Analysis in the Yacht Industry Development of Xiamen City" as the proposition direction and the breakthrough point, takes the government role and other basic theories as the instruction, selects Xiamen City, the typical area of the yacht industry development of our country, as the empirical research object. This paper discusses and studies a series of problems about the role of government in the development of local yacht industry, which has important theoretical research significance and practical reference value.
