【摘要】：目前,我國旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資已初具規(guī)模,建立了以政府投入為主導(dǎo),企業(yè)資本、民間資本和機(jī)構(gòu)資本等并存的投資結(jié)構(gòu),一定程度上推動(dòng)了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,但也存在諸多弊端,需要在實(shí)踐中持續(xù)優(yōu)化。基于此,本文通過對(duì)我國旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)運(yùn)行機(jī)制理論進(jìn)行闡釋,進(jìn)而分析旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)制存在的問題,并提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化政策。
[Abstract]:At present, the venture capital of tourism industry in our country has begun to take shape, and the investment structure, which is dominated by government input and coexisted with enterprise capital, folk capital and institutional capital, has to a certain extent promoted the development of tourism industry and venture capital industry. However, there are many drawbacks, which need to be continuously optimized in practice. Based on this, this paper explains the theory of risk operation mechanism of tourism industry in China, and then analyzes the problems existing in the venture capital mechanism of tourism industry, and puts forward the corresponding optimization policies.
