【摘要】:旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展起著重大的促進(jìn)作用。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)旅游業(yè)得到了快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)內(nèi)部各省對(duì)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展也越來(lái)越重視,各省的旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈。研究其他行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力(比如工業(yè))的國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)β糜萎a(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究,并且,區(qū)域旅游業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究具有非常重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。 四川省的旅游資源稟賦在全國(guó)名列前茅,通過(guò)四川省旅游相關(guān)部門的大力支持,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了一定的發(fā)展,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力逐漸提高。但四川省卻不是旅游強(qiáng)省,擁有的旅游資源和在全國(guó)各省的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名不匹配。因此,研究四川省旅游業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力并構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),從而根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略對(duì)四川省旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展提供重要的指導(dǎo),旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)在已成為區(qū)域國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要組成部分,因此,四川旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展也可以促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 本論文采用產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、旅游學(xué)和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,運(yùn)用定量分析、橫向?qū)Ρ确治黾皩?shí)證分析對(duì)四川省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究。試著運(yùn)用資源稟賦理論、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論、系統(tǒng)理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論中涉及的相關(guān)要素,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型,并結(jié)合本地區(qū)自身特殊影響因素,通過(guò)考慮各種因素對(duì)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響程度和數(shù)據(jù)收集難易,建立了適合四川省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,該論文構(gòu)建了2個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo),5個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和21個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo),認(rèn)為旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素由旅游收入、旅游收入增長(zhǎng)率、入境旅游人數(shù)、旅游企業(yè)利潤(rùn)率等因素構(gòu)成。本文運(yùn)用SPSS17.0軟件,結(jié)合因子分析法對(duì)四川省旅游業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,將四川省的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與全國(guó)其他三十個(gè)省進(jìn)行橫向比較,并量化出四川省的旅游業(yè)在全國(guó)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名,從全國(guó)31個(gè)省的旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名來(lái)看,四川省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名第9位,其中,現(xiàn)實(shí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力居全國(guó)10位,其中市場(chǎng)績(jī)效因子排名18位,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)因子排名第7位,旅游企業(yè)資產(chǎn)使用效率因子排名第10位,旅游市場(chǎng)效益不高是導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)實(shí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名靠后的主要原因;潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力居全國(guó)9位,其中旅游接待能力因子排名12位,旅游自然和人力資源因子排名第7位,旅游企業(yè)資產(chǎn)規(guī)模因子排名第12位,旅游自然和人力資源因子促進(jìn)了四川旅游業(yè)潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力整體水平的提高。從整體上可以看出旅游業(yè)現(xiàn)實(shí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成為了四川旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的制約因素,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力主要靠其潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力拉動(dòng)。通過(guò)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,以及與其他旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力靠前的省相比,分析出四川省與其他旅游發(fā)達(dá)省相比所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),從而找出影響四川旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的積極因素和制約因素,挖掘出提升四川省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的著力點(diǎn),提出培育和提升四川省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的方法和建議,把四川省的旅游資源優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為真正的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:As an important industry in the national economy, tourism industry has played an important role in promoting the healthy and stable development of the national economy. Since the reform and opening up, China's tourism industry has been developing rapidly. The provinces in our country have paid more and more attention to the development of tourism, and the competition of tourism in all provinces is becoming more and more intense. The domestic and foreign scholars at home and abroad have begun to turn to the research on the competitiveness of the tourism industry, and the research on the competitiveness of regional tourism industry has very important theoretical and practical significance.
Sichuan province's tourism resource endowment is among the top of the country. Through the strong support of the tourism related departments of Sichuan Province, the tourism industry has been developed and the competitiveness of the tourism industry is increasing gradually. But Sichuan province is not a strong tourist province, and the tourism resources are not matched in the competitiveness of the tourism industry in all the provinces in the country. Sichuan tourism industry competitiveness and evaluation system to evaluate it, thus according to the results of the evaluation of the corresponding development strategy to provide important guidance for the development of tourism in Sichuan Province, the development of tourism has now become an important part of the development of regional national economy, therefore, the development of tourism in Sichuan is also possible Promote the development of the local economy.
This paper uses the related theories of industrial economics, tourism and regional economics to evaluate the competitiveness of tourism industry in Sichuan province by quantitative analysis, lateral contrast analysis and empirical analysis. The paper tries to apply the theory of resource endowment, the theory of competitive advantage, the theory of core competitiveness, the theory of system and the theory of sustainable development. Related factors, combined with the evaluation model of regional industrial competitiveness at home and abroad, and combining the special influence factors of the region, by considering the influence degree of various factors on the regional industrial competitiveness and the difficulty of data collection, the evaluation index system suitable for the study of the competitiveness of Sichuan tourism industry is set up. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the competitiveness of tourism industry in Sichuan province by using SPSS17.0 software and combines the factor analysis method to make the tourism production in Sichuan province. The competitiveness of the industry is compared with the other thirty provinces in the country and quantifies the competitiveness ranking of Sichuan's tourism industry in the country. From the ranking of the competitiveness of the 31 provinces in the country, the comprehensive competitiveness of the tourism industry in Sichuan is ranked ninth, of which the real competitiveness ranks 10 in the country, of which the market performance factors are ranked 18, and the industry is tied up. The structure factor ranks seventh place, the tourism enterprise assets use efficiency factor ranks tenth place, the tourism market benefit is not high is the main reason leading to the reality competitiveness ranking back, the potential competitiveness ranks 9 in the country, among which the tourist reception ability factor ranks 12, the tourism nature and the human resource factor rank seventh place, the tourism enterprise asset scale causes In the twelfth place, tourism natural and human resource factors have promoted the improvement of the overall level of the potential competitiveness of the tourism industry in Sichuan. As a whole, it can be seen that the realistic competitiveness of the tourism industry has become a limiting factor for the promotion of the comprehensive competitiveness of the tourism industry in Sichuan. The comprehensive competitiveness of the tourism industry is mainly driven by its potential competitiveness. As a result, compared with other provinces in the comprehensive competitiveness of tourism industry, the advantages and disadvantages of Sichuan province and other tourism developed provinces are analyzed, so as to find out the positive and restrictive factors that affect the development of Sichuan tourism, and to dig out the focus of improving the realistic and potential competitiveness of the tourism industry in Sichuan province. It puts forward the methods and suggestions to cultivate and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Sichuan's tourism industry, and transform Sichuan's tourism resources into real competitive advantages.
