【摘要】：旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的優(yōu)劣是旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展質(zhì)量和水平的重要標志,其轉型和優(yōu)化升級是旅游經(jīng)濟增長的本質(zhì)要求。目前學術界對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構水平的研究,多從理論上闡述旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的一般概念、合理化、高度化及運用定量方法分析旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構效益,但構建指標以綜合評價其結構水平存在明顯不足。本文從合理化、高度化、效益水平三個方面構建一套全面真實反映旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構水平的綜合評價指標體系,并立足山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,利用統(tǒng)計年鑒相關數(shù)據(jù),采用均方差方法確定評價指標權重,運用加權平均法對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構水平綜合指數(shù)從時序和空間進行了量化測度和系統(tǒng)分析。結果表明:山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構指標體系表現(xiàn)出不同的變化特征;產(chǎn)業(yè)結構水平綜合指數(shù)不高。從時序變化上看,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構水平指標層要素及綜合指數(shù)呈動態(tài)提高的態(tài)勢;從空間差異上看,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構綜合水平區(qū)域差異明顯,最高的青島達到0.671,而最低的濱州只為0.261�；谏鲜鎏攸c,從提高合理化水平、高度化水平及效益水平提出了相應的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The quality of tourism industry structure is an important symbol of the quality and level of tourism economic development, and its transformation and optimization are the essential requirements of tourism economic growth. At present, the academic research on the level of tourism industry structure mostly expounds the general concept of tourism industry structure, rationalization, elevation and the use of quantitative methods to analyze the benefits of tourism industry structure. But there are obvious shortcomings in constructing index to evaluate its structure level synthetically. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system from three aspects of rationalization, elevation and benefit level, which reflects the level of tourism industry structure, and based on the present situation of tourism industry in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, using the relevant data of statistical yearbook. The weight of evaluation index is determined by means of mean-variance method, and the quantitative measurement and systematic analysis of the comprehensive index of tourism industry structure level from time series and space are carried out by using weighted average method. The results show that the index system of tourism industry structure in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula shows different characteristics, and the comprehensive index of industrial structure level is not high. From the point of view of time series change, the level of tourism industry structure index layer elements and comprehensive index show dynamic improvement trend, from the spatial difference, tourism industry structure comprehensive level regional difference is obvious, the highest Qingdao is 0.671, but the lowest Binzhou is only 0.261. Based on the above characteristics, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward to improve the rationalization level, the high level and the benefit level.
