重渡溝景區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷現(xiàn)狀分析與對策研究

【摘要】:隨著我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷在企業(yè)營銷戰(zhàn)略中起到了越來越重要的作用。旅游業(yè)的特點非常適合開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷,在與傳統(tǒng)營銷的結(jié)合和相互促進中正日益成熟。欒川重渡溝自然風(fēng)景區(qū)以其秀麗的風(fēng)景資源,富有的歷史文化底蘊,近些年知名度、美譽度大幅上升,吸引了眾多游客慕名而來。但是,和先進景區(qū)相比,重渡溝還存在著較大差距,,需要進一步加大營銷力度,提升景區(qū)層次,獲取更大的市場份額。目前,重渡溝景區(qū)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)進入成熟階段,傳統(tǒng)營銷由于投資成本較高,預(yù)期效果難以確定等弊端制約著重渡溝的進一步發(fā)展。要想進一步提升重渡溝景區(qū)競爭力,需要注重旅游市場研究,加大促銷力度,提高營銷效果。而網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷方式,為重渡溝景區(qū)提供了新的市場營銷手段,成為促進重渡溝旅游業(yè)發(fā)展新的王牌。 本文通過文獻檢索法、比較分析法、理論與實踐相結(jié)合的方法分析了重渡溝網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問題,提出了具體的改進策略。 本文在回顧旅游網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了重渡溝景區(qū)存在的知名度、美譽度不夠高、網(wǎng)站營銷功能不夠突出、營銷方式比較單一等問題,提出了運用網(wǎng)站營銷、數(shù)據(jù)庫營銷、微博營銷、網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)營銷、博客營銷等手段提升重渡溝網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷水平的對策建議,并就具體組織實施提出了意見和建議。 根據(jù)本文分析,重渡溝景區(qū)要提高社會知名度、美譽度,在激烈的市場競爭中占據(jù)一席之地,必須以提高客戶滿意度為中心,綜合運用各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷方式大力宣傳,加大口碑營銷力度,在游客心中樹立一個獨具特色的形象。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet in China, network marketing plays a more and more important role in enterprise marketing strategy. The characteristics of tourism are very suitable for the development of network marketing, in the combination with traditional marketing and mutual promotion is increasingly mature. Luanchuan Chongdugou Natural Scenic area with its beautiful scenery resources rich historical and cultural heritage in recent years the reputation of a large increase attracted a large number of tourists come. However, compared with the advanced scenic area, there is still a big gap between the recrossing ditch and the scenic spot. It is necessary to further increase the marketing strength, enhance the level of scenic spot, and obtain a greater market share. At present, the development of the resort has entered a mature stage, the traditional marketing due to the high investment costs, expected results are difficult to determine the shortcomings of the further development of the ditch. In order to further enhance the competitiveness of the Resort Scenic spot, we should pay attention to the research of tourism market, strengthen the promotion and improve the marketing effect. The network marketing method provides a new marketing method for the resort and becomes a new trump card to promote the tourism development of the recrossing ditch. This paper analyzes the present situation and main problems of the network marketing of the re-crossing ditch by the methods of literature retrieval, comparative analysis, theory and practice, and puts forward some concrete improvement strategies. On the basis of reviewing the related theories of tourism network marketing, this paper analyzes the problems such as the popularity, the lack of reputation, the insufficient function of website marketing, the relatively single marketing method, and so on, and puts forward the application of website marketing. Database marketing, Weibo marketing, network community marketing, blog marketing, etc. According to the analysis of this paper, in order to improve the social popularity and reputation, and to occupy a place in the fierce market competition, the resort must focus on improving customer satisfaction, and make comprehensive use of various network marketing methods to promote it. Increase word of mouth marketing efforts, in the hearts of tourists to establish a unique image.
