【摘要】：可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀是唯物辯證法的發(fā)展觀的體現(xiàn)，應(yīng)當(dāng)從不可持續(xù)發(fā)展和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的辯證關(guān)系把握可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念。 旅游資源的永續(xù)利用性是相對(duì)的，自然因素和人為因素的影響都可能使旅游資源的永續(xù)利用性消失，因此它也具有不可持續(xù)利用性。分析自然、人為因素對(duì)旅游資源的影響，采取措施消除不可持續(xù)性，是實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游資源可持續(xù)利用的途徑。 通過(guò)對(duì)旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用與保護(hù)之間辯證統(tǒng)一關(guān)系的探討，提出旅游資源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用與保護(hù)的對(duì)立性表現(xiàn)為：開(kāi)發(fā)利用與保護(hù)是一對(duì)矛盾，過(guò)度保護(hù)不利于開(kāi)發(fā)利用，過(guò)度開(kāi)發(fā)利用會(huì)導(dǎo)致破壞，二者的協(xié)調(diào)，應(yīng)當(dāng)是合理開(kāi)發(fā)利用與適度保護(hù)相統(tǒng)一。 旅游資源利用帶來(lái)的效益是綜合性的，，應(yīng)當(dāng)協(xié)調(diào)處理各利益之間的關(guān)系。通過(guò)分析旅游資源利用帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會(huì)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與生態(tài)效益之間的辯證統(tǒng)一關(guān)系，進(jìn)一步闡述如何協(xié)調(diào)三種效益，實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游資源可持續(xù)利用。
[Abstract]:The concept of sustainable development is the embodiment of materialist dialectics, and the concept of sustainable development should be grasped from the dialectical relationship between unsustainable development and sustainable development. The sustainable utilization of tourism resources is relative, and the influence of natural factors and human factors may make the sustainable utilization of tourism resources disappear, so it also has unsustainable utilization. Analyzing the influence of natural and human factors on tourism resources and taking measures to eliminate the unsustainability are the ways to realize the sustainable utilization of tourism resources. Through the discussion of the dialectical and unified relationship between the exploitation and utilization of tourism resources and the protection, the author points out that the opposites between the exploitation and utilization of tourism resources and the protection are: the contradiction between exploitation, utilization and protection is a pair of contradictions, and excessive protection is not conducive to the exploitation and utilization of tourism resources. Excessive exploitation and utilization will lead to damage, the coordination of the two should be the unity of reasonable exploitation and appropriate protection. The benefits brought by the utilization of tourism resources are comprehensive, and the relationship between the interests should be coordinated. Based on the analysis of the dialectical and unified relationship between the economic and social benefits and the economic and ecological benefits brought by the utilization of tourism resources, this paper further expounds how to coordinate the three benefits and realize the sustainable utilization of tourism resources.
