【摘要】：本文選取河南省鄧州南北朝畫像磚墓中使用的粘結(jié)灰漿,利用偏光顯微鏡(PLM)、掃描電子顯微鏡及能譜儀(SEM-EDX)、X-射線熒光分析儀(EDXRF)、X-射線衍射儀(XRD)等儀器研究了灰漿的化學(xué)成分和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、闡釋了灰漿強(qiáng)度與其化學(xué)成分間的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)灰土材料灰漿在固化過程中形成的網(wǎng)狀硅酸鈣結(jié)構(gòu)大大增強(qiáng)了灰漿強(qiáng)度,并初步探討了其形成原因及作用機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the adhesive mortar used in the portrait brick tombs of the Southern and Northern dynasties in Dengzhou, Henan Province. The chemical composition and microstructure of mortar were studied by means of polarizing microscope (PLM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The relationship between the strength of mortar and its chemical composition was explained. It is found that the reticulated calcium silicate structure formed during the curing process of the lime and soil mortar greatly enhances the strength of the mortar, and the formation reason and the mechanism of its action are discussed preliminarily.
