【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園是一種將農(nóng)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)相結合的消遣性生態(tài)旅游活動,是隨著城市化進程的加快和現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展以及人們消費觀念的改變和交通條件的改善而發(fā)展起來的,其發(fā)展前景非�？捎^。生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園以生態(tài)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)為基礎,結合了休閑娛樂、參與農(nóng)事、科普教育等多種功能,近年來在我國得到了蓬勃發(fā)展。生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的建設,對于解決“三農(nóng)問題”,實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。目前,國內(nèi)對于生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的研究比較薄弱,缺乏體系化的規(guī)劃設計理論和方法作為指導。 本文以生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園為研究對象,主要從風景園林規(guī)劃設計的角度出發(fā),結合多學科理論,通過查閱大量文獻資料、實地調(diào)查和課題項目實踐,對生態(tài)理論指導下的農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園區(qū)的規(guī)劃設計理論方法、具體設計實踐等方面進行了探討。 主要內(nèi)容可以概括為五部分: 首先闡述了農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園快速發(fā)展的背景、研究目的和意義、國內(nèi)外研究進展、提出了研究方法。 其次是農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園概論,分析了相關概念、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園產(chǎn)生的原因、發(fā)展趨勢及其發(fā)展的意義,探討了生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的特征和景觀類型。 然后提出了生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園規(guī)劃設計理論,包括:理論依據(jù)的確立、規(guī)劃理念的提出、在分析農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園存在問題的基礎上提出了其規(guī)劃設計的迫切性、對其景觀規(guī)劃設計實現(xiàn)的途徑進行了探討。 再次筆者通過實地調(diào)研,結合自己的實際工程經(jīng)驗,在對農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園景觀規(guī)劃設計進行了系統(tǒng)的研究的基礎上,參與實踐,對承德避暑漁村生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園規(guī)劃設計做了大膽的嘗試。在對承德避暑漁村進行了實地考察的基礎上,首先確立了規(guī)劃區(qū)域概況、分析了當?shù)氐穆糜挝幕�、對資源優(yōu)勢進行了確立、提出了規(guī)劃設計思想及原則;其次進行了景觀規(guī)劃及旅游項目策劃,包括:老漁村餐飲區(qū)、住宿區(qū)、百果采摘區(qū)、魚類養(yǎng)殖和捕魚區(qū)、灤河人家區(qū)、森林野炊區(qū)、江南水鄉(xiāng)風情區(qū)、水上娛樂區(qū)8個分區(qū)的規(guī)劃設計;然后提出了植物景觀規(guī)劃及道路規(guī)劃;最后進行了效益估算、旅游經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略定位。 最后得出了本文的主要結論,并就論文研究不足之處提出了建議。 本文形成了生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園從理論指導到理論探索、再到園區(qū)詳細設計的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園項目規(guī)劃體系。同時,承德避暑漁村生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園景觀的規(guī)劃設計為園內(nèi)施工提供了一些可行性的實施方案,也可以為其他農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的規(guī)劃設計提供現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Agricultural sightseeing garden is a kind of recreational ecotourism activity which combines agriculture and tourism. It develops along with the acceleration of urbanization, the development of modern agriculture, the change of people's consumption concept and the improvement of traffic conditions. Its development prospect is very considerable. Based on the development of ecological agricultural products, the Eco-agricultural sightseeing Park has developed vigorously in China in recent years, which combines the functions of recreation, participation in agriculture, science popularization education and so on. The construction of eco-agricultural sightseeing park is of great practical significance for solving the "three rural problems", realizing the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of urban and rural areas. At present, the research on eco-agricultural sightseeing park is weak in our country, and lacks systematic planning and design theory and method as guidance. This article takes the ecological agriculture sightseeing garden as the research object, mainly embarks from the landscape garden planning and design angle, unifies the multi-disciplinary theory, through consulting the massive literature material, the field investigation and the subject project practice, This paper discusses the planning and design theory and practice of agricultural sightseeing park under the guidance of ecological theory. The main contents can be summarized into five parts: Firstly, the background, purpose and significance of the rapid development of agricultural sightseeing garden, the research progress at home and abroad, and the research methods are presented. The second part is the introduction of the agricultural sightseeing garden, and analyzes the related concepts, the reasons for the emergence of the eco-agricultural tourism park, the development trend and the significance of its development, and probes into the characteristics and landscape types of the eco-agricultural sightseeing park. Then put forward the theory of planning and design of eco-agricultural sightseeing park, including: the establishment of theoretical basis, the concept of planning, on the basis of analysis of the existing problems of agricultural tourism park, put forward the urgency of planning and design. The approach of landscape planning and design is discussed. Again, the author through field research, combined with his own practical engineering experience, on the basis of a systematic study of the landscape planning and design of agricultural sightseeing garden, participate in the practice. A bold attempt was made on the planning and design of ecological agricultural sightseeing garden in Chengde summer fishing village. On the basis of field investigation of Chengde summer fishing village, the planning area is firstly established, the local tourism culture is analyzed, the superiority of resources is established, and the planning and design ideas and principles are put forward. Secondly, landscape planning and tourism project planning are carried out, including: old fishing village dining area, accommodation area, 100 fruit picking area, fish culture and fishing area, Luanhe family area, forest picnic area, Jiangnan water countryside area, The planning and design of 8 districts of water recreation area, and then the plant landscape planning and road planning are put forward. Finally, the benefit estimation is carried out, and the strategic positioning of tourism management is made. Finally, the main conclusions of this paper are obtained, and some suggestions on the deficiency of this paper are put forward. This paper has formed the project planning system of the eco-agricultural sightseeing park from theoretical guidance to theoretical exploration, and then to the detailed design of the park. At the same time, the landscape planning and design of the ecological agricultural sightseeing garden in Chengde summer fishing village provides some feasible implementation schemes for the construction of the garden, and can also provide practical basis for the planning and design of other agricultural sightseeing parks.
