【摘要】：建設(shè)“兩型”社會是一項重大戰(zhàn)略。我們無權(quán)透支地球的資源,但有義務(wù)減輕地球的負擔(dān),這是一種經(jīng)濟行為,也是一種道德行為,讓地球真正成為人類的美好家園。“兩型”社會是科學(xué)發(fā)展的深化和具體化,核心內(nèi)涵與可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念是高度統(tǒng)一的,本文在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建”兩型文化”理論體系。利用文化潤物無聲、降物無形的軟實力,發(fā)揮出潛移默化的功能,來實現(xiàn)我國社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。“兩型文化”是一種新型的文化觀,其主要內(nèi)容包括觀念文化、制度文化、技術(shù)文化,為各個行業(yè)包括旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展指明道路,提供新的文化依據(jù)。 旅游業(yè)曾被普遍認為是“綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)”,是一項年輕而時尚的產(chǎn)業(yè)。但旅游業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中,由于過于注重追求經(jīng)濟效益而出現(xiàn)種種問題,影響旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文將“兩型文化”這一概念引入到旅游業(yè)中,為旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)。將“兩型文化”這樣一種詩意的文化力量,融入旅游文化中,引導(dǎo)旅游的發(fā)展方向,以文化為基礎(chǔ)將資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好理念貫穿到旅游業(yè)發(fā)展過程中,廣泛培養(yǎng)節(jié)約意識和資源意識,讓人們在思想觀念、行為方式、價值取向上與“兩型社會”建設(shè)倡導(dǎo)的價值觀產(chǎn)生共鳴,形成“兩型文化”的氛圍,進而促進旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文共分為七章。第一章為緒論部分,分析了本文的寫作意義和研究目的。第二章為基礎(chǔ)理論部分,一方面構(gòu)建了”兩型文化”理論體系,其內(nèi)容主要包括觀念文化、制度文化和技術(shù)文化,另一方面介紹了可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論。第三章是“兩型文化”與旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)聯(lián)分析,對“兩型文化”的內(nèi)涵進行解析,并在“兩型文化”的視角下分析旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展。第四、五、六章是文章的主體部分,從“兩型文化”的內(nèi)容方面分析如何促進旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展,分別從觀念文化、制度文化、技術(shù)文化三個方面分析旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀,即與這三個內(nèi)容相對的價值觀、法制觀、科學(xué)觀；分析“兩型文化”對發(fā)展觀形成的作用,在此基礎(chǔ)上進行旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的路徑選擇。第七章是文章的結(jié)論部分,總結(jié)了前文的分析,并明確本文研究中的不足。
[Abstract]:Building a "two-type" society is a major strategy. We have no right to overdraft the earth's resources, but we have an obligation to lighten the burden of the earth. This is an economic act and a moral act, so that the earth can truly become a good home for mankind. The "two-type" society is the deepening and embodiment of scientific development, and the core connotation and the concept of sustainable development are highly unified. On this basis, this paper constructs the theoretical system of "two types of culture". To realize the sustainable development of our society, we can make use of the invisible soft power of the cultural moisturizer and the invisible material to exert the function of imperceptibly. "two types of culture" is a new type of cultural view. Its main contents include concept culture, system culture and technical culture. It provides a new cultural basis for the development of various industries, including tourism. Tourism has been widely regarded as a "green industry", is a young and fashionable industry. However, in the process of tourism development, there are many problems due to too much attention to the pursuit of economic benefits, which affects the sustainable development of tourism. This paper introduces the concept of "two-type culture" into tourism industry and provides guidance for the development of tourism industry. Integrating the poetic cultural power of "two types of culture" into the tourism culture, guiding the development direction of tourism, saving resources on the basis of culture, the idea of environmental friendliness runs through the process of tourism development. Widely cultivate the consciousness of saving and the consciousness of resources, so that people can resonate with the values advocated by the construction of "two-type society" in ideology, behavior and value orientation, and form the atmosphere of "two types of culture". Then promote the sustainable development of tourism. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, analyzes the significance and research purpose of this paper. The second chapter is the basic theory part. On the one hand, it constructs the theory system of "two types of culture", which mainly includes the concept culture, the system culture and the technology culture, on the other hand, it introduces the theory of sustainable development. The third chapter analyzes the relationship between "two types of culture" and tourism sustainable development, analyzes the connotation of "two types of culture", and analyzes the sustainable development of tourism from the perspective of "two types of culture". The fourth, fifth and sixth chapters are the main part of the article, which analyzes how to promote the sustainable development of tourism from the content of "two types of culture", and analyzes the concept of sustainable development of tourism from three aspects: concept culture, system culture and technology culture. That is, the view of value, the view of legal system, the view of science, the function of "two types of culture" on the formation of the concept of development, and the path choice of sustainable development of tourism on the basis of these three contents. The seventh chapter is the conclusion of the article, summarizes the previous analysis, and clear the shortcomings of this study.
