面向東北地區(qū)的近海型郵輪旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)歷30多年的強(qiáng)勁增長(zhǎng),國際郵輪市場(chǎng)已發(fā)展的比較成熟,但是郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)在中國并沒有得到很好的發(fā)展。近年來,中國認(rèn)識(shí)到發(fā)展郵輪經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要性,對(duì)郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了積極的探索和實(shí)踐,但多以失敗告終。從產(chǎn)品的角度分析,會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)方面的問題,一是在我國郵輪市場(chǎng)中國際郵輪公司的產(chǎn)品占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,然而它存在著費(fèi)用相對(duì)較高、餐飲娛樂本土化不足等問題;二是國內(nèi)自主開發(fā)的郵輪旅游產(chǎn)品由于缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn),航線設(shè)計(jì)不合理,需求量少,很難實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)性經(jīng)營。本文在分析國內(nèi)郵輪旅游市場(chǎng)發(fā)展緩慢的原因的基礎(chǔ)上,提出發(fā)展近海型郵輪旅游產(chǎn)品的設(shè)想,旨在尋求中國郵輪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展從起步到成熟的過渡模式。 文章首先通過文獻(xiàn)分析的方法總結(jié)和剖析了國際成熟郵輪旅游市場(chǎng)上郵輪產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展歷程和主要特征,在總結(jié)國際規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上分析我國郵輪旅游產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)狀和存在的不足,為發(fā)展近海型郵輪旅游產(chǎn)品提供依據(jù);其次,選取東北地區(qū)旅游者為研究對(duì)象,通過問卷調(diào)查的方法得到東北地區(qū)旅游者對(duì)近海型郵輪旅游產(chǎn)品的需求特征,包括對(duì)航行時(shí)間、掛靠港的需求特征等;第三,根據(jù)問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果及各個(gè)港口城市郵輪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)資料為依據(jù),確定航線設(shè)計(jì)的備選港口群,并利用數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)備選港口的郵輪旅游生成量和各港口間需求分布量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè);第四,建立航線優(yōu)化模型,以需求量最大和成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),以航行時(shí)間、載客量等為約束,并通過基于矩陣編碼的改進(jìn)遺傳算法計(jì)算模型的最優(yōu)解,通過本文的計(jì)算得到了一條滿足模型約束的符合消費(fèi)者需求特征的航線方案;最后,對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),提出了文章的不足以及后期研究的展望。 本研究的成果對(duì)中國郵輪旅游市場(chǎng)向國際發(fā)達(dá)郵輪旅游市場(chǎng)邁進(jìn)具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of strong growth, the international cruise market has developed more mature, but the cruise industry in China has not been a good development. In recent years, China has realized the importance of developing cruise economy, and has made positive exploration and practice on the development mode of cruise industry, but most of them have failed. From the point of view of products, two problems will be found. One is that the products of international cruise companies occupy a dominant position in our country's cruise market. However, it has some problems such as relatively high cost, insufficient localization of catering and entertainment, and so on. Second, the domestic independent development of cruise tourism products due to lack of experience, unreasonable route design, less demand, it is difficult to achieve sustainable management. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the slow development of the domestic cruise tourism market, this paper puts forward a tentative plan for the development of offshore cruise tourism products in order to seek a transitional model from the beginning to the maturity of the development of China's cruise tourism industry. Firstly, through the method of literature analysis, this paper summarizes and analyzes the development course and main characteristics of cruise products in the international mature cruise tourism market, and analyzes the present situation and shortcomings of our country's cruise tourism products on the basis of summarizing the international laws. In order to provide the basis for the development of offshore cruise tourism products. Secondly, select the Northeast tourists as the research object, through the method of questionnaire survey to obtain the characteristics of the Northeast tourists' demand for the offshore cruise tourism products, including the sailing time. Third, based on the results of the questionnaire survey and the relevant statistical data on the development of cruise tourism in each port city, we determine the alternative port groups for the route design. The mathematical model is used to predict the cruise tourism volume and the demand distribution between ports. Fourthly, the route optimization model is established, which takes the maximum demand and the minimum cost as the objective function, and takes the sailing time as the target function. Through the optimal solution of the improved genetic algorithm model based on matrix coding, we get a route scheme that meets the requirements of the model and meets the requirements of consumers. This paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the deficiency of the article and the prospect of the later research. The results of this study have guiding significance for China's cruise tourism market to international developed cruise tourism market.
