【摘要】：洛銅冶煉廠作為銅加工工業(yè)的現(xiàn)代歷史見證。記錄著特定的歷史活動信息，其歷史價(jià)值、文化價(jià)值、美學(xué)價(jià)值、經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值以及社會價(jià)值均不容小覷。具體表現(xiàn)在：工業(yè)區(qū)規(guī)劃遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值——生產(chǎn)區(qū)與生活區(qū)分開，功能布局規(guī)劃科學(xué)、合理；單體廠房和機(jī)器的遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值與審美價(jià)值；作為特色民居價(jià)值的歷史價(jià)值與實(shí)用價(jià)值；有色金屬科技價(jià)值——洛銅仍是我國著名的銅材和有色金屬加工企業(yè)，總體技術(shù)仍全國領(lǐng)先.。除一些保密技術(shù)之外，大部分可以展示出來，具有很強(qiáng)的科普和科技旅游價(jià)值；工業(yè)史料價(jià)值——.企業(yè)有完整的技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品和歷史檔案。這就是要研究洛銅冶煉廠工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和開發(fā)的目的和重要性。 本文通過文獻(xiàn)檢索、閱讀和分析，了解目前工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和旅游開發(fā)的研究現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)的結(jié)論，以提供研究提供借鑒；借鑒對國內(nèi)外工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和旅游開發(fā)的相關(guān)研究，找出理論和實(shí)踐上的不足，以便更加完善；然后以洛銅冶煉廠工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)為整體，分析其資源價(jià)值、目前現(xiàn)狀及面臨的問題，，制定保護(hù)和開發(fā)的原則，依據(jù)國內(nèi)外范例以及洛銅冶煉廠工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)自身特點(diǎn)，找到洛銅工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)和開發(fā)利用途徑，并對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)和旅游開發(fā)策略進(jìn)行有益的探索。 本文從工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的價(jià)值分析位為切入點(diǎn)，通過以點(diǎn)帶面，點(diǎn)面結(jié)合價(jià)值分析模式，對洛銅冶煉廠的價(jià)值點(diǎn)和面進(jìn)行挖掘和整理；并對目前洛銅工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題進(jìn)行剖析；再到洛銅冶煉廠工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和開發(fā)的原則的確立；最后到洛銅冶煉廠工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃中難點(diǎn)也是工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的最終目的——合理開發(fā)策略（對策）。分析不斷深入，研究逐漸細(xì)化，對洛銅冶煉廠工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與旅游開發(fā)進(jìn)行了有益的探索和研究。 從全文由淺入深的研究得出結(jié)論：洛銅冶煉廠深層次、系統(tǒng)性的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)不僅從理論上行得通，在實(shí)踐中也是可行的，洛銅冶煉廠工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游價(jià)值點(diǎn)、面很多，具有很高的保護(hù)和旅游開發(fā)價(jià)值。并對保護(hù)和開發(fā)策略進(jìn)行了全面、系統(tǒng)、深入的規(guī)劃和研究，勢必大大推動洛銅冶煉廠工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和開發(fā)進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Luo Copper smelter as the modern historical witness of copper processing industry. The historical value, cultural value, aesthetic value, economic value and social value can not be underestimated. It is shown in the following aspects: the heritage value of industrial zone planning, the distinction between production area and life, the scientific and reasonable layout of function, the heritage value and aesthetic value of single factory building and machine, the historical value and practical value as the value of characteristic folk residence; Non-ferrous metal science and technology value-Luo copper is still a famous copper and non-ferrous metal processing enterprises, the overall technology is still leading. In addition to some secret technology, most can be displayed, with a strong science and technology tourism value; the value of industrial historical materials. The company has complete technical, product and historical files. This is the purpose and importance of studying the protection and development of the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter. Through literature retrieval, reading and analysis, this paper finds out the current research situation and relevant conclusions of industrial heritage protection and tourism development, in order to provide reference for the research, and draw lessons from the relevant research on industrial heritage protection and tourism development at home and abroad. To find out the theoretical and practical deficiencies in order to be more perfect, and then take the industrial heritage of the Luotong smelter as a whole, analyze the value of its resources, present situation and problems faced, and formulate the principles for protection and development. Based on the examples at home and abroad and the characteristics of the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter, the ways of protection and exploitation of the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter are found, and the strategies of industrial heritage and tourism development are also explored. From the point of view of the value analysis of industrial heritage, this paper excavates and arranges the value points and surfaces of Luo Copper smelter by combining the value analysis model with the point zone. The present status and problems of the protection of the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter are analyzed, and the principles of the protection and development of the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter are established. Finally, the difficulty in the planning of industrial heritage protection in Luotong smelter is also the ultimate goal of industrial heritage protection-rational development strategy (countermeasures). With the deepening of the analysis and the gradual refinement of the research, the protection of the industrial heritage and the tourism development of the Luotong smelter were explored and studied. The conclusion is drawn from the study that the systematic tourism development of the industrial heritage is not only feasible in theory, but also feasible in practice. There are many tourist value points in the industrial heritage of Luotong smelter. Has the very high protection and the tourism development value. The comprehensive, systematic, in-depth planning and research on the protection and development strategy will greatly promote the process of industrial heritage protection and development in Luotong smelter.
