語文教學(xué)對提升中職旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生人文素養(yǎng)的意義與教學(xué)對策

【摘要】:旅游專業(yè)是教育部頒布的《中等職業(yè)學(xué)校專業(yè)目錄》的主干專業(yè)之一,許多職業(yè)院校率先開設(shè)旅游專業(yè),,重點(diǎn)突出建設(shè)。該專業(yè)涵蓋酒店管理與服務(wù)、空港乘務(wù)與服務(wù)、旅游管理與服務(wù)、導(dǎo)游和旅行社實(shí)務(wù)等子專業(yè),涉及面較為廣泛。隨著改革開放的不斷深入,國內(nèi)外游客逐年遞增,帶來了旅游行業(yè)的空前繁榮,其所需從業(yè)人員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也更為嚴(yán)格。如何培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)市場需要、經(jīng)得起行業(yè)考驗(yàn)的技能人才,更好的在教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)模式與教學(xué)方法等領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)示范作用,成為職業(yè)院校旅游專業(yè)發(fā)展的主要議題。 在中職院校學(xué)科建設(shè)中,語文學(xué)科的基礎(chǔ)性、綜合性最強(qiáng),它緊密聯(lián)系其他科目,有著豐富的文化底蘊(yùn)和人文內(nèi)涵,具有極為重要的學(xué)科價(jià)值。針對旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生,語文作為文化基礎(chǔ)課,在提升學(xué)生口語交際與人文素養(yǎng)等方面顯得尤為重要,肩負(fù)起打造專業(yè)核心能力的中堅(jiān)作用。本文嘗試以“語文教學(xué)對提升中職旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生人文素養(yǎng)的意義與教學(xué)對策”為題,細(xì)化調(diào)查研究,對中職院校旅游專業(yè)語文教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀做出客觀分析與整體評價(jià),重審中職旅游專業(yè)語文教學(xué)的性質(zhì)、作用和任務(wù)。文章共分為五個(gè)部分。 第一部分為中職旅游專業(yè)畢業(yè)生從業(yè)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研。首先分析旅游行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及所面臨的主要問題,經(jīng)過市場調(diào)研,整合出現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)對從業(yè)人員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與要求,并依托個(gè)案分析和市場調(diào)研,總結(jié)當(dāng)今中職旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生普遍存在的問題。 第二部分為中職旅游專業(yè)語文教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及原因探究。通過對典型個(gè)案進(jìn)行關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)方法的問卷調(diào)查,查找問題,探究原因,為下一步提出對策,解決問題奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分集中論述語文教學(xué)對提升中職旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生人文素養(yǎng)的實(shí)踐意義。強(qiáng)調(diào)語文作為以母語教學(xué)為根本任務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)教育課程,是為其他專業(yè)學(xué)科服務(wù)、奠基的基礎(chǔ)教育課程,在旅游專業(yè)教學(xué)中應(yīng)為主干課程。緊接著分析語文教學(xué)可以提升學(xué)生的思想道德情操、審美鑒賞水平,帶動(dòng)其他專業(yè)學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)。 第四部分是根據(jù)前述提出改進(jìn)中職旅游專業(yè)語文教學(xué)的對策與措施。首先重申中職旅游專業(yè)語文教學(xué)的主要任務(wù),進(jìn)而提出創(chuàng)新中職旅游專業(yè)語文教學(xué)理念,闡述提高中職旅游專業(yè)語文教學(xué)質(zhì)量的基本途徑,突出創(chuàng)新性實(shí)用性,并分析研究如何改進(jìn)語文教學(xué)過程中的評價(jià)保障機(jī)制。 第五部分為結(jié)語,介紹文章結(jié)論。整合中職旅游專業(yè)語文教學(xué)的先進(jìn)理念和創(chuàng)新模式,為進(jìn)一步研究做好鋪墊。
[Abstract]:Tourism specialty is one of the backbone specialties of the specialized catalogue of Secondary Vocational Schools promulgated by the Ministry of Education. Many vocational colleges and universities take the lead in setting up tourism specialties with emphasis on construction.This major covers hotel management and service, airport crew and service, tourism management and service, tour guide and travel agency practice and so on, covering a wide range of areas.With the deepening of reform and opening up, domestic and foreign tourists are increasing year by year, which brings the unprecedented prosperity of the tourism industry, and the standards of its employees are more strict.How to train the skilled personnel who can meet the needs of the market, stand the test of the industry, play a leading role in teaching content, teaching mode and teaching method, become the main topic of tourism specialty development in vocational colleges and universities.In the discipline construction of secondary vocational colleges, the basic and comprehensive Chinese subject is the strongest. It is closely related to other subjects, has rich cultural and humanistic connotation, and has extremely important subject value.For tourism students, as a basic course of culture, Chinese is particularly important in improving students' oral communication and humanistic literacy, and plays an important role in building the core competence of the major.This paper attempts to make an objective analysis and overall evaluation on the present situation of Chinese teaching of tourism major in secondary vocational colleges, on the topic of "the significance and teaching countermeasures of Chinese teaching to enhance the humanistic literacy of students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools", and to make a detailed investigation and study.Review the nature, role and task of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational tourism major.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is a survey of the employment status of secondary vocational school tourism graduates.First of all, it analyzes the current situation of tourism industry development and the main problems it faces. Through market research, it integrates the standards and requirements of modern tourism industry to employees, and relies on case analysis and market research.This paper summarizes the common problems existing in the students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools.The second part is the current situation and reasons of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational tourism specialty.Through the questionnaire survey on learning motivation, learning interest, learning habits and learning methods, this paper tries to find out the problems, explore the reasons, and lay the foundation for the next step to solve the problems.The third part focuses on the practical significance of Chinese teaching to enhance the humanities quality of secondary vocational tourism students.It is emphasized that Chinese, as a basic education course with mother tongue teaching as its basic task, is a basic education course which serves other specialties and lays a foundation. It should be the main course in tourism teaching.Then it analyzes that Chinese teaching can promote students' moral sentiment, aesthetic appreciation, and promote the study of other professional subjects.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the Chinese teaching of secondary vocational tourism specialty.First of all, it restates the main task of Chinese teaching of secondary vocational tourism specialty, then puts forward the innovation of Chinese teaching concept of secondary vocational tourism specialty, expounds the basic ways to improve the quality of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational tourism specialty, and emphasizes the innovative practicability.And analyze and study how to improve the evaluation and guarantee mechanism in the process of Chinese teaching.The fifth part is the conclusion of the article.To integrate the advanced ideas and innovative modes of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational tourism specialty, and pave the way for further research.
